It was an excellent addition for my video mic go 2 it also includes an elastic ring which you can put over one of the plugs you're not using to avoid undesired sounds. Also the quality feel excellent.

When not blocking wind movement on mi mic it doubles as an effective tribble decoy. It's dead, Jim.
Great Windshield, works as expected. Tested outdoors and blocked out the wind ruffles compared to without or the supplied foam screen.
Fits well. Great for reducing wind noise. It comes with a round black rubber ring to put over the ports which is great.I wish it came with the videomic go ii box. Because it is a must have for the mic.
This windshield works well. It's not perfect, as the really intense winds still penetrate. But so far so good.
I needed an off camera mic for nat sound and the included foam wasn't quite enough and this did the job so far. but I also understand the limitations of furries like this.
