Well to be honest, I think the clip broke when I tried to put it on my cat. I did get it on, but he came home without it. Sigh. Not really sure if the cat is responsible or I am. I really would like one to stay on him. Yes, it is not the first time he has come home without a collar. I plan to tag him with his name and contact details one day! Any recommendations?

I agree with Madeline who reviewed this product. The clip is WAY too weak and it came off when the cat groomed himself. I spent money not only on the collar but also on an engraved name tag and the council registration tag, all of which got lost when the cat came home with no collar on. I understand why it's important to have breakaway collars for cats but there should be some resistance. I don't recommend this product at all, which is a shame because I really like how it looks.

Great collar. Nice and slim so the bell rings well.
I brought the 11mm collar which features an adjustable breakaway load. The little clip that adjusts this broke as soon as I took it out/off the packaging. I could still put the collar onto my cat but the breakaway load was way too light so the collar came off easily. Same problem with the yellow colour of this collar. It seems to be a fault with the way it's made or the materials used. Wouldn't be a problem for kittens but I do not recommend this product for 2+ years old cats.
Received collars promptly, nicely packaged, nice roomy collar for my big boy( been told he's very large cat) had it around a week now no snagging( with scratching)like his previous collar, nice touch that u can adjust how strong u have the safety catch.very impressed and a very reasonable price too.
