For a pricey machine, there is still a sharp shipping charge. Needed to download photo files to order a part, even though I had the part number and pinball machine number. Shouldn't need those files. Also, the form only let me get only one part. I need a second different part but the form would only do one ar a time and each part are charged separately for shipping. I will be very wary of buying from them again. U-Gears send me a free part with no shipping charge about a year ago.

I gave this product 1 star because although the instructions were very detailed and no parts were missing, the enjoyment was seeing the final project and being able to use it. That's why my review is low, the ball ramp is not engineered well and it doesn't allow the ball to shoot up, it gets stuck at the top because of the construction of the ramp so it's useless. I've back-engineered it and made sure I didn't miss a step. We have purchased other items in the series and thought this was going to be the same quality item but we are very disappointed.

All the products from the Robotime family are always good. I am always amazed at the engineering. I love that the instructions are very helpful and complete. (Sometimes the English translation is not very accurate though, but it is minor.) I also appreciate that there are always spare parts for some parts, and the kits always come with the needed tools. I am looking forward to getting more kits.

It was super fun to build. The instructions were easy to follow and very detailed. Extra parts are provided if you lose or break any of them. The electronics worked perfectly the first time I plugged it in. It is also fun to play!
Absolutely perfect - I wasn't sure what to expect and this exceeded all expectations! This was a Christmas gift for my sister. She was stunned and put the flower together immediately and is currently working on the pinball machine. Perfect gift for anyone who likes putting things together and the fact that its a pinball machine is the cherry on top. Highly recommend - will definitely return!
Very satisfied with the kit it is proving to be a hell of a lot of fun to build and requires full concentration, I'm about halfway through. If you pay attention, you shouldn't have too much difficulty as the instructions are very good. Very keen to complete it and see if I have managed to make it work.Not cheap but if you consider the effort to produce it I think it is worth the price.
