I'm so glad I could snatch a pair of these! Ordered through curbside pickup, the order was ready in less than 10 minutes. The skates fit true to size, though the cushioning might need getting used to. It's still comfortable once you have them on for a while. The design is very stylish. These are perfect for urban skating! They glide right over rough pavement, (minor) bumps, cracks, and gravel like a dream. No more getting tripped up on an older sidewalk! I bought these to replace a very old pair and the difference is astounding. These feel so much more comfortable and mobile. I appreciate the Allen wrench included with the manual. I'm excited to put many more miles on these skates.

These are probably a good product but I am writing this review in case someone else has narrow feet. Length-wise they are great, I measured according to mondo points and got a 9 (same as usual size of shoes), but width-wise they are just scary. In spite of booklet instructions and specification there is no such 'lace system' or lace lock, I have to pull the laces tight every two minutes while on the move and can't really go anywhere with these because I'm just not stable for very long, heel starts moving around inside up and down, foot is not secured, even with thick socks. There is just no way to secure the foot, not snug. Very disappointing because now I've used them once I won't return them, that would be immoral since I was outdoors for 20 mins - I know I ... MoreThese are probably a good product but I am writing this review in case someone else has narrow feet. Shipping was very fast.

I recently decided to take up rollerblading as a fun way to exercise (I hadn’t touched rollerblades since elementary school). I am still learning, so I can’t speak much from a performance standpoint, but from a comfort and fit standpoint: I love the adjustability and the way these hug my feet just the right amount. The wheels also roll very smoothly! My feet are slightly more on the narrow side and these fit just right. Something else to note is that there are no half sizes. I am almost always an 8.5, and after reading reviews I sized up to a 9–but they were way too big. I exchanged them for an 8 and they fit perfectly. Definitely try these on in person if you can!

So happy I upgraded to these Rollerblades! They are very comfortable and stable on roads and sidewalks. I wish the outer shell strap hadn't changed, but easy to get used to it - the old straps had a handle that made it super easy to tighten the fit - now you have to push the strap into the bucket which can be more difficult. I am a shoe size 8, but fit into a skate size 7 and my toes don't feel tight.
I wanted to get back into skating after years of not doing so. I first bought a pair from Walmart which was cheap and absolute crap. I decided to buy this pair because of the reviews. I wear a size 9 women’s shoe, blades fit true to size. I also have thin legs and feet (normal feet, not narrow). These don’t feel like plastic, they’re soft like a show, pulling the laces really tightens them. I liked the quality. I am happy I invested in these. I suggest quality insoles for long use. Very happy with my purchase! I was very happy to find these on sale for $149.99!
I used to sell Rollerblades and online skating has always been one of my favorite activities. I was skeptical of the soft boot style they have out now but these really impress me, they have great heel and ankle support! The bearings on this skate are perfect for more advanced skaters not afraid to pick up some speed. If the skates are too slow you can stumble over your own feet, not with these.I'm usually a size 7.5W / 8.0 depending on the width so I ordered the 8.0. The length is good, a little wiggle room up front but a snug fit especially around the heel keeps me in place. I got these on sale for $149.99 and I couldn't be happier!Btw Dick's shipped them to me in record timing, free shipping!
These skates are different from other ones I've tried because there is no structure in the lower feet. I lace them up as night as possible but my foot always feels insecure and like they are sliding around. For reference, I have pretty wide feet and if I had gone with a smaller size then my toes wouldn't fit. Everything else about them is fine, very smooth and durable.
This is my first-ever pair of inline skates, and they work great for me. Other than a brief ice skating class when I was a kid, I haven't skated on, well, much of anything.I skate indoors on hardwood flooring, but the hardness rating of the wheels should hopefully suffice for outdoor usage as well. That said, I am getting a little wear on the wheels -- not much, though, and I think part of it is because I am a complete noob and initially occasionally dragged my skates a bit as I worked on learning steering for my swizzles / lemon drops. The wheels and brake do not leave marks on our hardwood floor, and I can control the skates just fine, by applying basic instructions on how to skate and by being careful. The wheels and brake do not leave marks on our hardwood floor, and I can control the skates just fine, by applying basic instructions on how to skate and by being careful. The brake does appear removable. In fact, a couple extra parts came with the skates, so that you could remove the brake if you want (I think).NOTE: I'm pretty sure these are NOT rockered skates. They feel fairly stable and sturdy to me -- great for scissoring -- and they seem to me to roll quite smoothly.I like the closures on the skates. They make lacing up / securing the skates convenient, and the closures do a good job keeping everything secure. (They also come undone fairly easily when you release the buckle and hook-and-loop closures.)I find the skates to be reasonably comfortable and sturdy. They may fit a skosh small length-wise for some folks, and they may not be appropriate for ladies with wide feet (my opinion). But, I for one like how supportive they feel. I found there to be a brief break-in period, perhaps because I had not skated in ages. It became largely a non-issue as I practiced appropriate warm-up and cool-down stretches / conditioning and became more competent on the skates. I wish they were a bit lighter, but I got used to the weight before too long. It may just be that I'm not accustomed to skating.I see that some folks do not recommend these skates for noobs. Well, I'm a noob, and I'm rather content with them. But, especially if I were outdoors, I'd recommend protective padding and maybe a skating helmet. I know from riding a motorcycle: road rash is no laughing matter. On a hardwood floor -- as with ice -- not as big a deal, in my experience, although I still go down a bit faster on inlines on hardwood (thankfully not that often, though ; ) .One final thought: my "pink" / black skates are almost a red / black. Just FYI.So, there you have it! Good luck with your pick! = )
Overall, I do really enjoy these rollerblades. I think my biggest problems is where the plastic sits on the ankle, I’ve gotten some pretty gnarly blisters. And the 2nd thing is that the right tightening strap gets stuck often, not sure if it’s just my pair or a common problem amongst the blade. I’d recommend if you’re a regular blader to upgrade, if you go a few times a year you’d be fine then
First of all, SUPER impressed with Dick's shipping during the quarantine. We purchased on a Friday and they arrived the following Sunday. As soon as they arrived we opened the boxes to find that the rollerblades were of great quality. I got the pink/grey color and the pink is actually more neon, which I love! The pictures on the website don't do them justice. They look so good. My husband bought the same kind of blades in red/black men's size and ended up removing the brake as he has a little more experience blading. As soon as we hit the pavement we were so impressed with how smooth the wheels felt. We ended up rollerblading for 1-2 hours. By the end, my feet definitely hurt but its all a part of the break-in process. I highly recommend wearing long socks and if possible shorts on the first few runs. So glad we purchased these!
