All flavours taste great - I mix with approx 100ml water as otherwise a bit too strong. To be honest have not noticed any change to my energy level but I seem to have a different system as have chronic fatigue so caffeine and energy drinks do nothing either. At this price I would recommend to anyone to give a go.

I have completely used it and now i am reviewing it.It does help in weight loss and help in strength if you consume before workout. Loads of energy.But you also need to follow proper calaorie control diet.I also used to drink lemon water early in the morning before breakfast (3 -4 lemons). And i have lost 8 kg weight in 2.5 months.Calorie control and proper workout procedure will definitely help you loose fat and build muscle. My calorie intake was almost 1000-1500 max per day. And my protein intake was 120-140 gm in average.Also i would like to add one more thing which is whenevr i consumed more than the required serving it would upset my stomach. So take the serving as per suggested which is 15ml.
