I purchased this tea . Iām a long term insomniac. And I am now prescribed medication that disrupts sleep and can no longer take sleep medication because of medication interactions. I really but it with no real expectation as I have tried other herbal supplements/ teas with no effect whatsoever. For the past 2 nights I have drank this tea , it makes you super relaxed and I have actually had no problems falling asleep which was always my issue. I still wake in the night but go back to sleep without problems. This is a complete miracle for someone like me , Iām actually flabbergasted š®

I absolutely love it. As a light sleeper, any noise can disrupt me when trying to sleep.Since I have been drinking the Sleep tea, every night, I am having a deep sleep andwaking up feeling energised! I think it's great as I have now replaced it with my prescribed thc oil for sleeping as it does a way better job than the thc oil I was using. I was having a lot of negative affects with what I was using for having a restful sleep. I have noticed I wake up less with this tea blend as well. I haven't used it hot yet but plan to in the future. I use this as a cold infusion and it tastes/smells great. A nice berry flavour to it. Usually takes half hour to one hour for it to work. If you have a small bladder then you'll most likely wake up to pee in the middle of the sleep. But I have been relaxed enough to go back to sleep without being wide awake like usual. So it keeps you on that nice deep relaxing state hours after being asleep as well.

It's definitely an improvement on their native tea blend, the celestial tea just knocks you out. You'll be yawning before you finish the cup. Very effective. But I hate the taste, I honestly treat it like medicine and drink it as fast as I can. It's very different to the usual tea range in that it has artificial vanilla, and that's the predominant taste. Over the top, sickly sweet vanilla. Which it doesn't need, there's literally like 5 different plants in there?! Took a star off for the taste cause it's THAT effective, but really the taste is a minus twenty out of ten.

I've never been a big fan of herbal teas. They often smell amazing but when you drink them, it's just.... boring. But Roogenic is the only brand of tea I recommend to others and this Native Sleep Tea is the one that kick-started my love affair with Roogenic. I started getting peppered with ads for this on social media months ago and my first reaction was to call BS. However, after finding melatonin no longer working for sleep. and not wanting to get back on sleeping tablets, I thought Iād give it go. Nothing happened on the first night and I almost binned it, but it actually tastes delicious so I thought I may as well finish the pack. Night two I had a great sleep and felt really restored. My HRV saw the biggest jump in years and I thought it might be an anomaly. I absolutely loved it!I have suffered from an inability to switch off my brain and fall asleep at night, this has gone on for years and I have tried all other avenues for relief.I want to say that I still have a problem some nights still but those are getting fewer and more infrequent and it is because of the native sleep tea. It's the only thing it can possibly be and it amazes me that something so simple as this can make all the difference. I also have 2 cups of the native Anti-inflammitea a day and am hoping for the same success in bringing my level of inflammation down. I realize I am on a winner with all of these native teas, you only have to look to the indigenous folk in any great land, they have all the special secrets handed down through time immemorial
