Wow! I am shocked!! I didn't think it would work this well and this fast!! I gave CLO to her the same time I started taking it for my hair and her angry acne that literally had heartbeats of its own literally just died down like magic!!!! Get this to boost your energy, help with eye strain, and clear up eczema.I only take two supplements, this and beef liver.This is my second or third time ordering from Rosita but my first time getting the cod liver oil capsules. While I’ve acclimated to the taste of the liquid, I love that these are shelf stable and easy to travel with it take on the go. Rosita cod liver oil always makes me feel amazing and gives me a huge energy boost which is a lifesaver since I struggle with fatigue from hypothyroidism which I treat naturally. Would definitely recommend the capsules or the liquid, just depends on if you can handle the taste of the liquid, need capsules for travel, and if you don’t mind taking a lot of capsules for a higher dose.

I have only opened one of the two bottles. The one I opened was sticky on the outside....not sure what that was about. The capsules were all stuck together down in the bottom of the jar. Did it get warm in transit and melted a little? Capsules seem to be intact, as far as I can tell. I did have to use the end of a long handled fork to dislodge the capsules from the bottom, sides and each other.....some kept ricocheting onto the floor because I had to use so much force to pry them apart, but I got it figured out. Elsewise, I like the size. Alaskan are about 4 times the size of your caps.....wonder how you can get all that comparable nutrition into a smaller cap.

I take Rosita Cod Liner Oil for its many wonderful benefits! I started taking it almost 2 years ago to help my gut! It certainly helped a bit! While taking it I also came to find out that it did wonders fory very dry skin too. In some ways I think it even assists in controlling my dermatitis. If you have not tried it you should! The soft gels don't have much of a taste and stie easy to swallow!Although the product seems a bit pricey, paying the price for these is worth it! I am very grateful one of my Aunt's had recommended I try it! You should try it too!
I started giving my daughter Rosita CLO for idiopathic short stature because I didn’t want her to get exogenous hormone injections. She has grown 5 inches in 5 months, so far, since starting the CLO. It’s not a medical claim, but it’s been our experience. CLO is alleged by homeopathic doctors to cleanse the body/hormone receptors of heavy metal deposits. My daughter is convinced of the correlation, too. She won’t go a day without it now.
I was using a different company for omega 3.I hate the aftertaste I get about half an hour after I take fish oil...I thought this won't happen with Rosita, but it still did.And I need to take 3 capsules instead of 2 of the same size, while getting less EPA and DHA then my other 2 capsule option.I do care about clean and tested supplements. Rosita and the other company have different types of testing, so it's hard to compare in that sense but they both use high quality testing which seem to me pretty much the same level.the other company costs about 1/3 of the price.in my case, I won't buy it again.

This is my most expensive supplement, a total of 7 altogether, although the others have higher quantities, so this is ok. I purchased a 30-day supply, I was excited for one, and then desperate for the most part. To my disbelief, my inflammation has calmed down, and maybe it's a combination, but this COD has to be a big contributor. Alot of my life, I didn't eat meats daily, fish or healthy cooked meals often. Army, single etc. lol I've reduced sugars, eat more meat, but the fish part is rare. Tuna at best but not often. These soft gels allow me to benefit from the best of the best. I would think from here on out, my body will be relieved to getting these essential OMEGA-3's I ... I'm just starting my second bottle of the cod liver oils capsules and I cannot believe the huge improvement I've seen in my skin so far!. I've had keratosis pilaris for years and tried many topical creams, exfoliators, supplements etc. and nothing has shown dramatic improvement like these soft gels. I am so happy to see the texture of my skin on the back of my arms cleared and improved. Not only has my skin condition improved but my hair has stopped falling and texture has improved. I'm so happy I came across this product! I Would highly recommend to anyone experiencing the same skin conditions.
Just started a few weeks ago… so far so good.The exchange rate (Canadian to American money) and shipping and handling fee came out to close to a hundred dollars ($100)for a soft gel gel supplement ( 90 quantity).Then today I get a letter from FedEx billing me for $35 brokerage fee and taxes. I guess Rosita as a vendor didn’t absorb this transaction but failed to disclose on website that out of country ( Canada-Canadians) would be charged for that.Too expensive to order a 90 quantity bottle ($135) …. Maybe Rosita can come up with a more equitable price for Canadians?…I hope, would like to continue but not for $135 a bottle

However, I had a shattered bottle in my recent order (possibly by delivery driver handling it roughly during delivery). I contacted Rosita customer service and they were super quick to respond to my concern. Their responsible customer service is top-notched, which makes me want to continue to support their business even more.
