Beautiful quality, very comfortable soles and the small amount of tightness around the foot stretched within 1-2 wears and now they're perfect. The shape is utilitarian but not as blocky as I've seen on Blundstones for example, still plenty of room for my slightly wide feet without looking like clown shoes.Sizing wise I'm normally a 39, based on their sizing chart I would have been a AU8/ 39 but was able to try on a pair in a shop in Canberra and chose to size down to an au 7 which was a good call cause the 39 had too much room in the top. There isn't a lot of feedback on this in the reviews but I definitely recommend going a size down. This is wearing normal thickness socks btw, not thick work socks in which case this advice may not hold.

I bought these boots 2 years ago on a bit of whim because I didn't have any boots at all and I was beginning my archaeology degree. The first time I ever wore them was on a 12km hike up a mountain. I brought spare sneakers just in case they gave me blisters (spoiler: didn't need them.) They felt like slippers and wore in beautifully. They were the only shoes I brought on a 4-week expedition through Mongolia- walking up mountains, excavating burials, and exploring the countryside and towns all day (see photo). The perfect work boot. I'm going to buy myself another pair as a graduation present to myself.

This boots are my second purchase.I work on floor nearly 12 hours a day, and those boots are great support for my foot, knee and back!I do recommend to get one size smaller. I’m woman 7.5 but I got 6.5 this time and they fit me perfectly 🤍

Just got these boots and so far I love them, they are so comfy and look great. I called customer service a few times because I made an error with my shipping and they were so lovely and helpful. Would recommend to friends
I purchased size 38 but they were too big (I found they run large-suggest sizing down). The customer team expedited a swap as I was leaving for a trip. I wore them for 3 weeks in Europe - up to 20,000 steps a day on cobblestones and rainy conditions and they were fantastic. I struggle to find comfortable shoes due to a pesky bunion and these boots were great. I developed a few scratches over the weeks which buffed out beautifully with the boot wax. I can’t recommend these boots highly enough!
I have the men's version in black as well that I have taken with me on holidays, exploring and bush walking. The most comfortable shoes to wallk around in everywhere. I love the fit and design, I can wear them with practically anything. Amazing quality, beautiful craftsman ship, fast shipping, great service. Absolutely love my boots and super comfy to wear them everyday.
Lovely quality leather and tread, and nice looking, but too narrow in toe box to spread toes, and way too loose around the ankle, so that my foot slipped in the boot. Also, this style is no longer made in Australia. Ending up sending back and buying redbacks instead.
Honestly, too expensive for what they are, especially as you can buy higher quality Aussie made boots for less. But look at Blundstone, a bit of careful manufacturing and every hipster's got them on. These are still really nice boots. They run quite large though, I'm normally a Women's 8 (wide fit too) but will be sizing down to a 7 because of how long these are, proper clown effect! Not sure about the plastic toe box on the inside... it looks kind of dorky at first glance as it is creates an odd shape in the top leather. Maybe as the boot softens and creases it becomes less noticeable. It does also feel like it could dig into the toes.
I broke my ankle 3 years ago (in 3 places), since then I have found it difficult to find a slip on boot to provide me with comfort, strong support and style.I am grateful for your expertise. I am impressed by the boot's strength and resilience to provide me with the confidence to perform as I always have. Many thanks for your attention to your craft.Catherine
Bit too wide for someone who normally wears a standard width shoe, will only ever be able to wear with really thick socks to prevent foot slipping around. Was correct in sizing down half a size as well, these run large.
