Don’t buy these boots. The Bluetooth stopped working in one boot after only 8 ski days and there is little to no customer service or support from Rossignol.

TLDR: Boots were poorly made and unusable after 2 seasons/50 days. By the end of the 2022 season, the liners were shredded and felt like skiing on bunched up socks. I showed them to multiple boot fitters, all of whom were shocked by the extent of the damage and said they'd think twice about selling these. One of them said "these look like boots with 250+ days on them." Another said they'd seen another customer with the same issue.I tried to keep using them this season (22/23) since I paid a good chunk of change for them. On my third day out, the middle buckle SNAPPED when I tried to tighten. Plus, I noticed the velcro had separated from the strap.I really really liked these boots before they were ruined, but spending this much on a boot to have it fall apart in 2 seasons is unacceptable.I purchased them through a local boot shop (Sports LTD in Ventura, CA). After speaking with Rossignol directly on the customer service line, Rossi said they wouldn't refund or provide credit towards new boots.I then went back to the local shop. The shop has been continuously working with Rossignol to try to get me a warranty, but after 6+ weeks of effort, they have received no definitive response. When my skier friends ask what I feel about the experience, I've been telling them that more than the damaged boots, I'm upset about how Rossignol has handled this.Rossignol, if you are reading these, please reach out. Even worse than the boots breaking was the customer experience following, and I'd like to see that fixed. I don't like being taken advantage of as a consumer, especially by companies I previously liked. And, as a point of reference, my husband bought his boots (a competing brand) at the same time I did. His are still in near-perfect shape.Very disappointed.

Bluetooth stopped working in one boot after 5 days. Rossignol offers NO customer service. No phone number and no one ever responds to emails asking for help. Total garbage. And Therm IC won’t help either. They tellYou it is rossignol’s problem even though their tech is garbage. So frustrating.
Got these for my daughter. Comfy ski days. Not sure the heat system is worth it, but they are Cadillac comfort for her.
My curator was very helpful in directing me toward the brand name I had asked for. She made the whole process enjoyable by being personable. It was even better when we discovered we had lived in the same town and skied the same mountains. It was a painless and seamless process, and I love my boots!
Great boot, good stiffness and even though it has fur and heated pad, still feel like a pro
These are the best most comfortable boots that I have ever owned. They are toasty without the heaters but on a cold day, the heaters make all the difference. 10 out of 10!
I bought the boot for my wife about 3 years ago. It didn't have the BT arrangement. However, the button works just fine. She's always had it on the constant red light (high) since using them. That staying on High would lead to burns is a bit of hyperbole; at least for this 3-year-old tech boot. More modern tech maybe so. On the coldest of days, she still gets cold, but her toes don't get numb anymore. The batteries seem to be in good shape after the four hours she skies twice a week during the season. She says they're the most comfortable boots she's ever worn. Happy wife-happy life. :-))
Sadly I loved the idea of these boots but I would not recommend them.Only one boot heater ever worked right from the beginning and I only wore them so few times.I did call about getting them fixed but got the runaround and then of course as ski season is short the warranty was only a year.As I live part time in Aspen no one would fix them and and I paid to have them looked at a few times but with no success. Not reliable in my experience.
