Was hesitate for first time ordering from this brand and it turn out to be awesome. Simple, easy buying process. Jacket itself is a great style that is timeless. The quality is great, and the materials are awesome. It is very comfortable, light, warm, and water proof. I've worn this jacket and it keeps me very warm during the winter. On the warmer days, I just go with a t-shirt with this Jacket.

Usually a medium fits me with everything. But the medium in this jacket was slightly large. I'm 5'8", 150#, 30 waist, 40 chest, 32/33 sleeve. The length of the jacket was slightly long to me. I got a small and this worked out perfectly. As for the jacket itself, it's very high quality. Super sturdy zippers, everything is well made. And, it's super warm. Highly recommend.

Bought mine in coyote. Great color (outside). The bright orange interior's a bit interesting, like an old school deer hunting jacket on steroids. It's fine though, not planning on wearing it inside out ever. Mine fit fine. Sleeve length fine, body fit was a bit large but acceptable and if you're buying it to wear as a fall and winter jacket (hint: don't buy this if you're not), leaves plenty of room for layers underneath (sweater, sweatshirt, etc). I struggled with giving this a "3" vs. a "4" rating, because I think the jacket looks nice, fits fine, and it IS extremely warm in colder weather! However, it's very "crinkly". Because I generally like the coat and would wear it more, if it were a bit less stiff and a bit more broken in.... Anyway, it gets a "3" for now, and if/when it breaks in, I reserve the right to upgrade my rating to a "4" or possibly a "5"...

So the jacket is high quality polyester with strong thread as well. Its my second time from Fan Jackets and I didn't disappointed at all. Quality is there, delivery is fast. Its made to work with other military clothing and equipment. As an example, if you're wearing a flight suit and other equipment you need a jacket that fits over this and allows your arms to move freely. This jacket as a result has generous room in the upper arm area and a pocket attached to the left arm. It looks great! Highly recommended!!!
These jackets are amazing! I ordered the black and the olive and the fit is amazing! I’m a medium t-shirt fit/muscular so I went up a size and they fit perfect! They have the perfect amount of bulk to them and they are super warm! I am super satisfied and I will definitely be adding more colors to my wardrobe!
Right now, it's at the tailor's having 8 patches sewn onto it. Since my military green flight jacket is now retired due to my out growing it, this new black one is tsking it's place. It is a bit too warm to wear now but, it is perfect for the upcoming fall-winter season. The patches on it reflect our new Mercedes-Benz and, the two car clubs, MBCOA and AACA (I'm the club secretary for the latter) will be perfect for everyday wear. I am happy that I was able to find a jacket to fill my need for one!
Great jacket! Ideal weight for spring, fall and perhaps as an undercoat for heavier winter garment.Nicely made, lightweight with ideal amt of fiber fill. Reversible orange with pockets.Note on sizing: runs a full size BIG! Order a size smaller unless you prefer a loose, bulky fit. My usual is Sm/Med. Ordered a Sm for cockpit use and way too bulky. XSm is perfect with more than adequate room!Price point makes this jacket a no-brainer.
I ordered the Rothco Flight Jacket, Black, 8XL. I did receive what I ordered, and its quality is pretty good. My only complaint is that the size is way too small. I normally wear 6X, but ordered the 8X based on the reviews saying it was a little smaller than expected. The 8X I received is the size of a normal US 4X. So if you are thinking about getting this jacket, make sure you go really big.

I purchased the Medium because i DO NOT plan on wearing heavy sweaters under it and wanted a "military" style fit. If you plan on wearing sweaters and just want more room etc etc then size UP 1 size from your normal size. (Note)This is a waist high jacket.Quality- I must say I like the feel of the materials. The (outer shell) seems tough (rip resistant) and has a slight grain sewn pattern you can scratch your nails on and feel. (The lining-Orange) is softer and slides on nicely and is comfortable.
