We recently adopted a little dachshund into our hearts. Being so tiny I wanted to do everything I could to nourish this little nugget into a healthy well balanced long boy. I can not rave more highly over this food. His coat is soft and shiney. He gobbles all the tiny bikkies up every time. So far he has grown big and strong. I don't think there is anything better I could be feeding him right now than this.

This food is great for my mini dachshund absolutely loves it I just don't understand why I can never get it in my local store, I have to order it in before I need it and I can't have it on repeat either. There has been times when I have left it and needed it straight away and I have had to travel to Penrith for it to be bought in store that day. Don't understand why they sell every other breed of Royal Canin yet you can't get dachshund. Probably one of the most popular dogs around at the minute ..

It gave my puppy upset stomach consistently. Not sure what's in this food but I've seen other reviews elsewhere saying they've had the same problem.Same goes for the adult version of this brand of food.

My miniature dachshund puppy loves this dry food and I had to order 2 packets of the 1.5kg puppy food. Once she is over 10 months I will need to order the Royal Canine dachshund adult which comes in the larger size hopefully at a good price.
We buy this dry food in particular for our puppy mini dachshund, hence the package. We also buy for a GSD puppy the Royal Canin, both puppies thrive on this dry food. Royal Canin has a good name, it's a bit over our budget. Fortunately, we join the Puppy VIP club and had a 50% discount - Puppy loves it, but he will eat anything!
We bought some purina puppy food, he wasn't too keen on it. Switched over to this food and he ate it all up with no hesitation. Will be buying more for sure!
Have changed my puppies food a few times. He seems to love this even after 2months on. He was a really picky eater. Definitely recommend. May seem pricey but he loves it so I'm not bothered. They don't have as much in weight, so probably not much more expensive in the long run

My puppy has had this food from 8 weeks of age and have been using for months now and have had no problems. Really good food, would highly recommend
