I have the entire set including the 2 huge serving plates. The design is very good. Modern but and attractive shape. No need to worry about the plates not holding enough if Gordon is involved! None of this almost flat dinner plate. Fine for side plate for bread but these have a good lifted side to hold a square meal. The groove detail is a good feature, if you don't want pictures and drawings on dishes. So plenty of interest. The china feel is lovely. Naturally Royal Dalton. And the shade of blue is above average. Again as I expected of Gordon Ramsay. It's a misty Highland blue. Lovely and always right. However . . These china pieces are not durable. I've had these plates for over five years and they hold up well the only advice I'd give is do not overload the dishwasher meaning plates against plates because they will chip also a couple cracked but I have 4 or 5 left of the salad and dinner plates so overall it's worth it to me to get more. they are practical, a good size and decent quality meaning not flimsy there is weight to them. I ordered 3 sets of Ava godinger they have to go back. Miniature bowls and "salad plates" light weight and the dinner plate was smaller than normal. Point is I am buying THIS set again to replenish what has broken/chipped.
These are not the quality one would expect from Royal Doulton and Gordon Ramsey! These are the worst dishes I have ever owned, I bought several sets and have had to throw most of them out. They are not dishwasher safe. I have a Bosch dishwasher with a delicate cycle that I wash fine china without any problems. These dishes crack and discolor. The dinner and salad plates split in half. The bowls do the same thing. The handles come off the cups. I have never owned such poor quality dishes before! It's been heartbreaking to throw them in the trash. These dishes are truly awful, don't waste your money.
Love my new Royal Doulton Ramsay Dinner Set. The colour is a beautiful soft blue and suits my new kitchen. As always, Kitchen Warehouse was quick in organising and sending my order. Always have good service and good value. Very happy with my purchase.
Love the set. Colour is perfect. I have a mid century home that was remodelled and this was the closest new pottery that i could find that captured that style. I had a small set of Ballerina dishes that this replaced and I’m very happy with it. The only thing is the dinner plates are HUGE. We’re calling them diet plates because a normal meal looks so small on them. None of our food even touches. We use the salad plates as dinner plates and that’s fine. I like the shallow bowls. Can’t wait to start adding to the collection!
This is a tough one...the quality is excellent. However, the "white" dishes are not white at all! They are definitely a cream color. Please do not name dishes the wrong color. Going back because my heart is set on a pure white set. Otherwise, very, very nice dinnerware. What a dang shame!

Since I like a larger mug anyway, this wasn't a great loss to me, but my husband actually likes the size and shape of these mugs.
I am very disappointed with this dinner set. I received a dinner set as a gift last April and was so happy with it I bought additional pieces but 6 months later the plates are all scratched and look like they are years old. The bowls are fine but the glaze on the plates is too thin and scratch easily. I would have expected much more from Royal Doulton.
