Becaus I LOVE this design, I have bought a whole set of Royal Doulton Pacific Ocean in the mixed patterns! I was given some tapas dishes as a present and have now progressed to cheer up my life with these fantastic cheerful designs.I am so grateful to have been introduced to this product!

I do not review items often but I am annoyed that the dinner plate is too large for my standard sized dishwasher. The dishwasher arm cannot rotate. Obviously I did not realise this until after washing it by hand to remove sticky labels and then use them! I might call customer service as I avoid using them which is a real pity as the plate itself is lovely splash of blue and what I would expect from RD.

I love these funky plates. I bought two to start, a view to getting more. They are good quality, which is what I would expect from Doulton and I know they will last years. However, I was mortified to discover they're just a bit too big to fit in my high level kitchen cupboards with all the other dinner plates! Also only just fit in my ordinary-size microwave if I tilt them slightly - which can be a problem. I probably won't get any / many more because of it. Or reorganise my under worktop cupboards to fit them.

Great item, I really like the design/pattern. I put one on a hot surface by accident , cracked. My fault , hence a replacement.

Nice and colourful - we have the smaller plates and I actually bought this by mistake (I needed a replacement for a 23 cm plate and ordered the wrong item). But I now use it as a serving plate. Great for afternoon tea when my kids come home.

Great plate, shame about the lack of care with packaging and shipping. A dinner setting isn’t quite the same when one of the pieces is busted into shards.
Very colourful and bold pattern. Chosen by bride and groom and can understand why.One item broken but quickly replaced. Generally, as ever, good service and friendly staff.
