I am currently a 38KK and 8 weeks into breastfeeding my second child. This bra is basically your only option for a non wired bra in this size. It’s an awful bra. The fabric is rough so even if you don’t leak you have to wear breast pads or your nipples become really sore. It gives you a massive monoboob and pushes them down and into your armpits. I spoke to bravissimo in the hope they could recommend something else to me but they said this was the only option in this size.If you’ve got smaller boobs and have options do not buy this bra. However if like me this is your only option then I’m truly sorry.

I usually wear a 36j and I saw from other reviews that the bands are small on these bras so I ordered a few sizes. 36j was much too tight and small in the cup, I ordered a 36jj which again was too small in the band but the cup fit better and finally a 38j which fit well. The only think I would say is that I have to have the straps on as loose as they go, with other bras they are usually adjusted half way if that makes sense. I would he nice 8f the straps could be a bit looser. Over all I'm very happy with the bra. The shape is different to what I am used to and more pointy but it's comfortable and a good fit.

I have been very happy with the regular Charlotte bra, so I was thrilled that there was a nursing version. The bra is fine, but the clips are nearly impossible to reattach one-handed after nursing. They are situated very high and the elastic connecting the strap to the lower part of the bra is too long/loose, making it incredibly difficult to bring the two parts of the clip together without using both hands -- obviously not practical while holding your baby! Also, the clips squeak with movement -- such as walking.

I've lived in Royce Charlotte bras during pregnancies and through nursing. Yes, is more like a Triumph Doreen in shape than 'modern' style bras (more pointed and separated) but that's my preferred style. Definitely easy to clip and unclip with one hand during feeding for me. Not perfect under a thin t-shirt as the seams/lace of the bra and nipples kind of still show through but comfy and good value for money, especially during the clearance sale. It fits differently from, say, the Panache Sophie nursing bra, so make sure you already know what size you are in this brand, otherwise buy a few different cup sizes and send the ill fitting ones back. You can't wear this one under low cut tops as it comes up quite high but if you're used to wearing non-wired bras you'll ... MoreI've lived in Royce Charlotte bras during pregnancies and through nursing. You can't wear this one under low cut tops as it comes up quite high but if you're used to wearing non-wired bras you'll probably be used to that cut too. I currently wear a 30H (two years post-pregnancy). Had various cup sizes in 32" and 34" back sizes during pregnancy, due to rib cage expansion.
I went from 34HH to 38L during pregnancy and while nursing. I purchased this after being fitted to another bra at 38JJ which was too small. This bra is very comfortable. However I don’t like the style or look. It’s something my Gran would wear. But I can’t fault the comfortability and the ease while nursing. Just wish it looked nicer.
Comfy nursing bra with sturdy clips. I bought three of these when nursing my son. I tried a few different ones from brands a normally use including some that were a bit prettier. However I have just ordered another 3 to nurse my new baby because these really were the best and most comfortable for my very large swollen boobs. The clips are also very sturdy on wide straps which didn't think anything of until my son wanted to chew the clips for comfort after feeding. I haven't actually stopped wearing these bras as my man bra since I had my son at 18 months because I now find a wire and too much structure uncomfortable on my changed body. Hopefully after this one I can relinquish these to history and get something a bit sexier but comfort is so tempting!
What can I say? I tolerated this bra as there wasn’t a great deal of choice on the market. Firstly, Royce need to be commended as the only mainstream bra company that does nursing bras above a J cup. But that’s where the compliment ends. Even though it goes up to an L cup, this bra couldn’t have been designed for women with big boobs! The shape is sort of saggy, down and out. It doesn’t really do much for delicate post-natal confidence (as the 21 year old fitting room assistant reminded me, you don’t need attractive bras when you’re nursing). But also, the shape doesn’t provide enough support putting a lot of strain on your back. Panache Sophie has much better uplift and shape, and is pretty but stops at a J cup. So a thumbs down for this bra (and it’s sister model, Luna). And a bit of a thumbs down too for bra manufacturers who can’t seem to get it together to make decent nursing bras above H and J cups. Come on Bravissimo, lead the way.
This bra is fairly comfortable to wear, although the material can feel really harsh on my nipples at times. The fit/sizing is good, but it gives a very pointy shape. (Think PS1 Lara Croft.)The clips are very easy to use and are in a sensible place.
I ordered this bra as it’s the only one I could find big enough. I am usually a J-H cup so really need a larger size to accommodate fluctuating breasts with milk production. This is the only one on the market that goes up to K-L cup. It’s fit is terrible for larger sized breasts. Completely flattened me into saggy points, did nothing for my postpartum confidence at all. Was actually more comfortable not wearing a bra as I felt pushed downwards by this one. I can’t understand why there isn’t a well fitting bra on the market for large cup sized nursing women. All we want is to be supported with a nice rounded shape.
I wasn't expecting this to be a flattering bra, but I wasn't quite prepared for just how badly it would fit! So far this pregnancy I have had to size up to a 34kk in wired bras, which have been a bit roomy in the cups so I (wrongly) presumed I'd be safe ordering the same size for this nursing bra. I could not have been more wrong! I tried it on to find it seems at least 3 sizes too small in the cup, giving me that weird quad-boob shape but in an entirely strange space as this bra comes up VERY high on the chest. I've ordered the next size up and am hoping that is miraculously better, since nobody makes nursing bras bigger than a size L! I'm not holding out much hope though, especially since I could tell, even with the bra I tried on, that this is going to give an ... MoreI wasn't expecting this to be a flattering bra, but I wasn't quite prepared for just how badly it would fit! I'm not expecting great things from a nursing bra, but this is a bit of a joke... I just don't have any other options!
