Rating based on use for burrowing/nesting: not dusty, no weird smell, soft, it does expand slightly after some time, holds really well and doesn't collapse easily when burrowing/digging tunnels. I only use this to fill a dig box I have within my mice's enclosure. They love to sleep/snuggle in it and use it to build nests etc. Wouldn't use it as the litter to line the whole enclosure - I have 5 mice and the pack size and price is not cost effective for a large enclosure.

This is just white paper. It has little to no absorption so it doesn't last long. Even with emptying soiled patches the smell remains, using this bedding requires a complete clean out of the cage every 2 days, and due to the papery nature of the material the cage itself gets a lot more grimy compared to other bedding options. So please don't bother, wood shavings or the pellet litter works better than this.
