Cookies & cream are a little too sweet & satiating for my taste. I prefer the strawberries & crème. But in my chats, the expiration for strawberries & crème was said to be Jan. 2024, while cookies is March 2024. So was forced to order cookies instead of the tested& perfect strawberries for me. Ran out of my strawberries isolates.Turned out after ordering/ shipping, cookies expiring by Dec.2024. Hence, I assume strawberries would expire much later too. Would have appreciated it if the seller gave me accurate dates instead, so I should have chosen strawberries instead. Banana addict

I love this protein powder! Especially the frozen banana flavour, I sometimes wake up thinking yay it's a new day, I can have some of that banana protein powder! I might be a bit addicted to it. I've been making amazing oats/porridge throughout winter with this protein powder, and now the weather has warmed up, amazing smoothies. I don't know if it's making me fitter or stronger on it's own - you need to combine it with diet and exercise - but it's stopping me from craving sweets so has helped me stick to a cleaner diet. The vanilla flavour is also great especially for porridge. And the chocolate mint in smoothies is fantastic too. I prefer the Rule 1 chocolate flavour to the other brand's chocolate flavour, which was just too sweet and not really chocolatey.* ... MoreI love this protein powder! Stir through a spoonful of cocao nibs. Chef's kiss.* Banana powder, frozen banana, frozen mango (half a cheek), half an avocado, maybe a date or two, a touch of frozen spinach, ice, liquid, blend. Add a sprinkle of paleo granola for some crunch. Heaven.Only negative is that it's quite expensive and if you want (need!) an array of different flavours, that's a significant outlay. But it does last a long time, and saves me money on buying cake, chocolate and biscuits so there's that.Also a lot of plastic packaging. I would like to be able to purchase bigger bags of powder to refill the tubs.

Disappointed given reviews

There is a label on the lid warning of lead content in very small print. If I had seen that earlier I would have returned it but it came from MYSUPPLEMENTSHOP US..returns seem difficult without wasting a lot of your time. WHO state any lead consumption is a no go. In Australia our pipes have an excessive amount of lead, that an advice was issued to drain your water in the morning from your drinking tap for 30 seconds in a daily basis. This is not the case in the US. Taste wise I didn't find it to my liking but that is no doubt influenced by the sticker re lead placed in the lid. Large container, so should give it away but ethically I would like to return it.

Love this protein!

I’m extremely picky with protein and have only found 1 other brand I like. But this stuff is amazing!I’ve only been using it for 3 months and have mocha, choc mint and choc peanut butter.Mocha - tastes like a mocha masters milk rather than actually coffee and chocolate obviously but still pretty nice.Choc mint - not extremely minty or anything. Really nice flavour.Choc peanut butter - I think it should be called peanut butter Oreo. It tastes more like the chocolate Oreo biscuit with a very subtle peanut butter flavour. MY FAVOURITE SO FAR!Super easy to drink. Doesn’t taste powdery, grainy or fatty.

Protein supplements worth trying

So far pretty good

Moderate price, good flavor. And most of all, one or two scoops a day helps me maintain my weight and muscle. I take one scoop on days I don't work out and two on workout days. When I up my workout and try to add muscle, this product seems to help me. I'm 50 and have worked out three to five hours a week since I was a teenager. Right now I average three to four hours a week. This product also seems easy on my stomach. I mix it in a shake with milk, fruit, cereal, non-fat yogurt in the morning and sometimes again at night. No complaints so far. I've been taking it for close to a year I believe. I do take breaks from it though for periods of a few weeks or a month. I don't like to take any supplement on and on constantly.
