Solid taste and mixes well with water or milk. Love that it’s triple filtered for the most important stuff. A little expensive but it’s got some extra goodies mixed in that make it all worth it. BCAA’s and glutamine. By far my favourite protein, looking forward to trying the cookies and cream (only tried the basic chocolate).
This stuff, simply put, is one of the best on the market! The flavor is fantastic, mixes extremely well with no chalkiness or separation. I mix mine with water, sometimes a scoop of peanut butter, half a banana and 2 scoops post gym. I have tried many types over the years and this is my go to. Even better, the price is really good on Campus Protein compared to sites like Amazon, M&S, bodybuilding etc. Do yourself a favor and get the chocolate peanut butter.

I get the vanilla and the cake parts, but it’s missing that buttery salty aspect. I even tried grinding a pinch or two of salt into my shake to see if I could round out the flavor. Previously Gold standard Isolate was my go to for protein, however I chose to try this as it was out of stock at the time. Sure glad I did.Mixes well, ChocPeanut butter Tastes great! At first I thought, hay: this stuff feels very thin in the mouth, but I persisted with it, and it's doing what I need it to do, build muscle, not add fat to the hips. In terms of value for money, it's also the best in it's field.Flavour is acceptable.Also don't forget, if you want to build maximum muscle hypertrophy & minimum fat on hips, drink lots of water, I'm currently on aprx 6L a day, and this is achieving goals.
My trainer got me onto this, and I’ll never look back. This is absolutely amazing. Took the cookies and cream flavour and mixes so well with milk. Unfortunately I’m on a cut so mix with water but still decent. Out of all the proteins I’ve taken I’ll definitely stick with this for now until I find something better or exactly the same but cheaper. Overall I’ll definitely recommend this hands down.
