Happy with the cooker. it is wide enough to fit larger cut of meat. I can do more slow cooked pork ribs now; Sous Vide function is great. Like the rack it came with, easy to cook super juicy tender steak now with it. The ceramic container is also a great option as I do not need to worry about scratching from cooking or cleaning. Keeps warm for a long time, so you do not need to worry about cold food when serving even when not on warm function. Overall, easy to use and clean.

Takes twice as long compared to other slow cookers to get anything barely cooked and after 4 uses the ceramic insert cracked. I have used slow cookers all my life and did not subject it to any thermal shock. No help from Harvey Norman online with warranty either.
Purchased this to start my cooking journey. It was easy to use and function by following the instruction guide. The cooking booklet was easy to follow and have allowed me to cook some impressive meals that I did not think I could have made. Easy to clean as well. Would recommend :)
Love this appliance. Easy to use and really helps me to produce great family meals. Great size and can accommodate a family of four easily. The only downside is the cable. I wish it’s longer.
I bought this a few months ago and it does a great job at sous vide buy it just cannot cook anything big in slow cooker mode. I often cook half legs of lamb in the slow cooker and after 8 hours on high the meat near the bone was almost raw, in other slow cookers I have had at that point the meat is literally falling off the bone. Slow cooker works well for stews and the like but not big pieces of meat. Would recommend for Sous Vide and for small meals in the slow cook function only. If you want to do things like pork hocks, lamb legs or pulled pork look elsewhere.
I am so glad I've added this item to my kitchen. With a growing family & limited time it means I can get dinner on the go in big batches without worry. The sous vide function also means I can have perfectly cooked meat & fish or even vegetables within minutes.
Thought this product was great to start with. Have only had it 9 months and havn't used much and the ceramic bowl has already cracked. Can't use it anymore. Very disappointed. Probably wouldn't go to the trouble of buying another one. Probably might just stick with cheaper brands.
The slow cooker that everyone needs - giving you multiple choice on how you can cook the very best meals every time. I have used it multiple times already and i wouldn't recommend any other slow cooker than this one as with the sous vide option as well it is the dream cooker.
