I found this toaster was a big improvement from my past toasters as it was much easier to fit larger pieces of thick cut raisin toast/crumpets & sourdough and toasts them to perfection. No complaints here would definitely recommend!

This toaster is great, I love the sleek look of it especially with the matching kettle. The extra wide slots are perfect for my sourdough and raisin loaf without getting stuck. The toasting adjustment is accurate and easy to use

I was impressed with the stylish appearance of the Russell Hobbs toaster. The black design was modern and looked great in my kitchen. The toaster has room for two wide slices of bread. I found it easy to adjust to my desired setting and great for extra thick crumpets or sourdough bread. Overall it was easy to use and I enjoyed using it so much - especially with the matching and equally stylish kettle.
this is a light weight toaster. I really liked the reheat feature, & it cooks English muffins perfectly, came in handy when the taost was ready and I was busy. The defrost function still left some of the raisins cold in the frozen raisin toast. A very good toaster would be perfect for a caravan.

I've used the toaster almost every day since receiving it and have had good results every time. It heats and toasts quite fast and gives an even browning. What I love most is the wide slots because I sometimes toast thick sourdough. If I had to nitpick, it does take up more room than my old toaster as the base is on the bulky side. Also, it's new and shiny now but I imagine after a while, the groove pattern may become a tad harder to clean over a smooth surface. Overall a good quality and reliable toaster.
