The product itself is awesome. Works perfectly however I also bought the "matching" (grey/charcoal) kettle but the colour is different. I didn't notice this in store and I think that is because the toaster and kettle weren't actually displayed side by side and maybe the fluorescent lighting, whereas they are displayed on my bench top, in full sun and it's very noticeable. Not a huge deal but I would have chosen a different colour had I known they were actually different shades of grey.

The cheapest toaster we have ever purchased turns out to be the best toaster we ever purchased. I am annoyed we didn't look at this one years ago. The two previous expensive toasters didn't last very long (two years) and even though we have only had this one for 4 months it works better and fingers crossed it lasts longer - mind you the price puts it in front of the others.

Bought this to replace a very old toaster that sadly finally died. Was worried this wouldnt live up to the old one, but its been good so far. Possibly under cooks slightly but better than burning it. No issue with toast as you can turn dial up but for crumpets, it needs a second turn really or maybe using the defrost function as well as a high setting. Overall good.

Tried a cheaper toaster from another store and it broke within 2 days of using it twice. Came and got this one and haven't looked back. Great quality, works well. Toast is nice cooked and cooked muffins well too.Didn't want to spend much as everything going up in price. But this is worth the money.
Wide slots that can fit most bread, even English muffins and crumpets. Won't fit long bread but will fit most standard bread shapes. Easy to use brownness dials with numbers 1-6 and simple buttons for frozen bread, ejecting bread and re-heating bread. Simple levers that lift bread out of the slots for easy removal and can do 2 or 4 slices at once. Overall good toaster with even toasting and does what is intended.
Functions just like a toaster should. Slightly bulkier design but looks lovely in cream with the matching legacy kettle in my kitchen. Very happy with purchase and they look and function great. Happy with the price of these items as well. Something from SMEG for that vintage look costs triple!Highly recommended esp in a matching pair.

The levers are solid , not too flimsy. Great toaster. Easy to remove crumb tray. Can lift the handles up so not struggling with smaller items. Great price too as didnt want to have to pay $129 for a toaster at other places for different brand.
Has all modern features of toasters today, plus 2 year manufacturer warranty. I used setting 3 first time found. 2.5 is perfect browning with no over cooked areas. Has non-stop cushions underneath. Easy to clean and use. We bought 2 toasters 4 slices in cream for GF bread and charcoal for normal. Am very pleased with this product, would recommend.
The feature I like best about this toaster is that you plug in the toaster, then you place up to four slice of bread into the slots on top of toaster. You can adjust the two round plastic knobs to change the depth of the cooking bread process from warm bread to incinerated carbon..Then you push the little plastic chromed levers down to cook the bread to make toast. The bread pops up once cooked. Wow!!So if you want a toaster to be a toaster then this product is a toaster.
