I had an LG prior to the Russell Hobbs. It lasted about 12 months. I got another one the same and it only lasted about 12 months as well. The Russell Hobbs was affordable and delivery service was out standing. It works very well and I am very pleased with it. Also it’s simple to use, I don’t need a university degree to drive it.

I have dealt with AO many times and have always been impressed with their service ie speed of delivery, professionalism etc. however on this occasion, the item was delivered, our door bell rang and before my daughter could get upstairs, the driver had left and the appliance was left on my doorstep. I use appliances for many reasons, but the main one being delivery and removal of old appliance. This did not happen and I was not happy. I need a new oven, however will think twice about using AO again (ps I ticked the remove old appliance box)

For the price, this microwave is great. I needed an economical family-sized microwave that was simple to use, and I haven't been disappointed. It's not noisy either. Delivery was prompt and professional.
This is a great sturdy microwave. I love appliances online. Also great products range, prices are competitive and there quick delivery is absolutely outstanding and well above standards of other places.
We've had this unit for about a month now and it seems pretty good so far. Apart form being a bit noisy on start up, (the casing rattles) it performs really well. Programming of the cook time and/or the kitchen timer is a little complicated, but once you get the hang of it it's great. Over all a good product and I would recommend this product.
Still learning the ropes but so far so good. Does an excellent job defrosting reheating. Yet to cook a "proper" meal in it but think that will be a snap. It is way bigger than I expected... so now it takes pride of place on my bench top!!!
Very happy with my Russell Hobbs Microwave. Just replaced the old Russell Hobbs with a new one. The old one lasted several years. Easy to use. Service was great. Microwave delivered on time, opened and placed on my benchtop, and old one taken away. No problems at all. Will use Appliances Online in the future.

So pleased I chose this Russell Hobbs microwave for my family. The cooking options on the side panel are clear and simple to use. It's a great size and has a pleasing white interior. We've only had this m/w about a month, but so far it is great, and it looks stylish too.
