This is a light weight hand vacuum and very powerful, It is particularly easy to empty with one button release and pull out filter, You can see the rubbish build up through the clear front body, Best I have had.

Good enough suction but not great. Pros - easy to operate and good amount of time out of 5 a/h battery. Cons - The rubber flap not letting rubbish escape doesn't look like it will last long. Airflow generated by the vacuum actually blows out the side of the machine, which in turn blows rubbish away from the vacuum and makes it difficult to clean. Smaller items get struck in rubbish compartment and are difficult to remove Only used in caravan so good enough but not great.

Recently replaced my older Ryobi hand vacuum, with the new model, very impressed, easy to use and powerful enough to get the job done. I have well over 30 Ryobi 18V products and all of them are reliable sturdy products that are frequently used.

If you’re looking for a user friendly vacuum, this is not it. Find another one. The instruction manual is missing key steps on how to empty the dust bowl. The lock mechanism was VERY hard to get open (I am a small woman but I am a climber so I condition my grip strength) and then after that I’m just staring at it and looking up YouTube tutorials. Feel super disappointed by what should be an easy to use tool.
Since purchasing this powerful little portable vacuum cleaner, I find myself constantly grabbing it for a quick clean around the house. So handy on both carpet and tiles. It feels well balanced and not too heavy. Also, an essential tool to ease car maintenance.
Great little shop/household vac to spot tidy ups around the house, or the workshop, great power and picks up almost anything.

I was devastated when my original Ryobi Hand Vac finally succumbed after more years than I can remember. It held on and on until it failed. Getting another was a challenge, as replacement hand vacs were few and far between . But, I kept going as I wanted another Ryobi. To my relief I was successful. This new Vac is so quiet and has a powerful suction. Looks fantastic, so looking forward to this being my last as time rolls on for me.
Recently upgraded my Ryobi Hand Vac. The new version is light & easy to use. So much more powerful suction & much easier & smoother on button. Love it!
Had just got a new vehicle and had many small battery units over the years to clear the dust from inside the car. As I have many Ryobi tools (and batteries) I felt I might as well buy the Ryobi version as it was quite inexpensive. Works a treat and certainly the battery lasts a very long time
