Batteries don't last very long at all.They are also very difficult to get in and out when using, or charging them. You get what you pay for.
I mowed a 1\3 acre block on 1 charge, it does seem to trip out earlier than the genuine ryobi battery under high load , this is probably a good thing as I only got 3 years from the ryobi battery . Time will tell.
On the first use ran out of juice before completion of area to be mowed. As a comparison the Ryobi it replaced would mow the same area twice, not happy wasted my money & will now have to buy a Ryobi.
This battery labeled 8AH is exactly the same dimensions and weight as the one labeled 6AH I already had. I find it extremely unlikely that it is higher capacity than the one labeled 6AH. The seller agreed to refund me the difference between the 6AH battery and the 8AH battery. I am satisfied with that. The one labeled 6AH does not have the same capacity/endurance as the Original Ryobi brand 6AH battery that came with the mower, but I does work OK, and is very useful for the cost.
I bought this battery as a back up for my Ryobi mower 36v 5.0 ah battery during spring when the grass is at its thickest. Gave it a go and only lasted about 10mins before losing power, its weak struggles with load and I honestly cannot recommend this as a back up battery whatsoever. I would rather spend another $70 and gotten an original OEM for the mower. This is absolute garbage and total waste of your hard earned money. Avoid.
Only used once in whisper snipper and seems to work better than the original, Will be buying my 18v ones from Battery Mate as well
