This is a great little unit for drilling into brickwork and concrete with bits up to 8mm. I wouldn’t use it all day drilling 10mm + holes, but who would?

I purchased this drill to replace my 25 year old Ryobi drill because of the satisfactory life of old item, but the controls on this are not smooth and feel very cheap as if the whole product is made of Chineasium plastic. Worst still is that the main chuck bearings had free play allowing the chuck to wander by almost 3 mm. Was replaced with another same item by bunnings but chuck still wobbles but only by 2 mm. My 25 year old drill still has less than 1mm free play in bearings. Where is this made and what happened to Ryobi quality? If I wanted a poor quality product I would have purchased a cheep product from internet.

I bought this product a few days ago I think it is great for light general work, however trying to drill 2mm plus mild steel gates, the chuck just kept loosing grip no matter how often i tighted it.

My last Ryobi battery drill has lasted over ten years. It stripped a drive gear using a half inch drill bit in steel. Let's see if the new one can match it
Definitely worth your money. Gets multiple jobs done with ease and uses very little battery power. Lasts for hours and hours. Highly recommend.
There are better battery drills around if you want to spend much more. Happy with my purchase, very good hammer drill for light jobs
Bought this for my husband. He absolutely loves it.
I bought this drill to drill through besser brick but sadly she couldn't do it. Even with a pilot hole first, brand new masonry bits, and all my bodyweight, it took an hour to drill one hole. Not enough guts.
This is a great light weight product, and it is powerful. It is exactly what I needed for the job I was doing. The light helps to see where you are at with your job and being batter operated there was no cord to get in the way or contend with! Perfect!!!
Works well for the purpose it was purchased . Love the ryobi one options of skin only
