I have tried many hand vacuums to vacuum my car collection and was never really happy with their performance.This vacuum has strong power and did the job really well. I like the clear viewing of the dust bin and ease of emptying the bin. It was a great addition to my Ryobi collection.The vacuum nozzle is a good maneuverable size but I think Ryobi should consider adding a second thinner nozzle to get into the tighter places around the seat area and then it would be perfect for Automotive nuts like me.

The Ryobi vac is very well built, it is heavier than some other vacs but is well balanced & therefore not tiring to use. With the small 2.5amp/ hour one + battery attached it’s endurance is amazing, suction remains strong, it operates at all angles, (good design). Emptying is quick if you just want to dump the sucked up contents, if you also clean the inner filter then it takes a little longer. I’m pleased with this hand vac especially since it will last much longer as I can change the battery. Airflow generated by the vacuum actually blows out the side of the machine, which in turn blows rubbish away from the vacuum and makes it difficult to clean. Smaller items get struck in rubbish compartment and are difficult to removeOnly used in caravan so good enough but not great.

I love this vacuum cleaner. It’s easy to use, has more than adequate power to thoroughly clean the interior of my car. This little beauty is the perfect size to enable to clean the interior of the car. It’s a beautifully balanced machine and it came with quite a few attachments. It’s easy to Cienna abd store. I knot wish Ryobi brought out a storage cover/ case for this little gem. Food for thought Ryobi.
Pros: Good price just for the skin if you already have Ryobi 18v batteries, powerful 18v motor and long battery life with a decent Ryobi 18v battery, 6 year warranty.Cons: Masonry dust passes straight through filters and creates a cloud of dust. Not what you would expect from a power tool brand. For a household dustbuster it is very loud. Therefore doesn't do anything that well. Filters need to be washed out every month or two otherwise it quickly loses suction. The slide on the detachable crevice tool gets jammed up with debris easily.My advice. Buy a proper household dustbuster for around the home. If you need one for handiwork get one from a decent power tool brand if you can afford it.

It’s pretty simple really, I started using Ryobi 8 years ago and the battery for that tool is still working well, I’ve since changed my job as a gardener and handy man so I just kept buying Ryobi for the convenience of using the same battery.They all work great.I’ve got the compressor, the jig saw, a grinder, 2 x drills, a drop saw, vacuum cleaner, dust buster, chain saw, mower and a hedger.I simply wouldn’t buy this many tools if I wasn’t happy with the product.
I bought this hand vac about a month ago. It is great! I bought it for the office/garage so I don't need to lug the big vac out. Super easy. I had a 5amp battery for a blower. Has attachments and use it mainly for kitty litter. Also use it for car and house.
I was getting sick of getting out my 240v Ryobi Work Shop Vac for little jobs and decided I’d grab a little hand held one, at the time I hadn’t noticed Ryobi even made one.But once I went looking at hand helds in store and saw that sexy green I couldn’t help it and I’m glad I did.Only had it a few weeks now but already in the few weeks it’s been put through some nasty stuff and works amazing, I’ve even used this to suck up dirt and grime of the chassis rails of my old 64 C10 and it’s done it with easy and so much easier than getting the big vac in there and the few attachments that came with it have been very handy, overall extremely happy with my purchase and a few friends after seeing what mine has done have even gone out and got them. Spend abig extraand buy this one with extra brush and crevice tool.I find this really helpful in hard to reach places.When fully charged I vacuumed my car( 20 minutes) and the couch crevices.Bought shell only as I have Ryobi tools and batteries fit.Only small thing, the crevice tool comes off quite often when working. Pugt it on really tight.
