I had the previous non HP brushless drill which died and Bunnings replaced it with this HP model under warranty. This one is such a good upgrade. Way lighter. I keep thinking the battery is not in it when I grab it cause it’s so light. The best feature is the keyless chuck ratchets really tight on the bit which the old one didn’t do and the bit was always falling out.

Purchased 3 weeks ago,l put it through its paces on a number of jobs where l had to drill about 50 holes into concrete in varying sizes from 7mm up to 10mm.and didnt miss a beat,very good bang for buckAnd battery life is good to.I work fifo for last 10years and am a qualified cabinetmaker so l had plenty of experience using multiple cordless brands back 10 plus years ago.and l am impressed with the brushless lithium technology thats out there today.l would love to try one of the more expensive brands but this will do for my week off airtasker jibs for now.

Brought over a year ago. Good drill worked fantastic for price used as wire wheel drilling 13mm holes all day to fit truck tow bars ect. However chuck now gets stuck and is bent now still works pretty good
This is a great all-round power drill. I have this one, and the compact non-hammer drill, and I regret buying this one as my hammer drill. If I had only one power drill, it'd be this one... but if you already have a power drill and you actually need a decent hammer drill, BUY A CORDED ONE. They are much more powerful, and will cut through hard materials like butter. This battery-driven hammer drill, not so much.So, if it's your one power drill, and you only need very light hammer work (soft bricks, etc), go for it. But I wouldn't buy this drill for its hammer function at all.
OkI have had this Drill for a few weeks’ nowI found very little difference between the compact and the high performance model.This model is not so small that it is uncomfortable in the hand, Also it does stillHave the power of all the other Drill’s in the Ryobi rangeYes I will recommend this Drill to anyone
Drill works fine. The only trouble is the chuck loosens off all the time no matter how tight you tighten it and the drills drop out
Thought it would have been better, having trouble locking and seems to be worn but only a couple of months old
