Good value considering the tool is essentially free with the 4Ah battery, however it lacks good speed control to earn a 5 star. Trigger is very hard to control for a slow and controlled use.
The power you need when a drill driver isn’t enough. Long screws into wet wood - no problem. Drills into masonry without hesitation.
I recenty had a tradesperson do some work at my place and saw that he was using an impact driver and I thought that I really could one to complete small jobs around the house and yard, so I researched impact drivers and settled on the Ryobi Impact Driver All Rounder Kit. I have used it now a couple of times and I am extremelly satisfied with the easy of use. Very satisfied

Purchased a Ryobi "starter pack" which includes a driver/drill, recharger and small battery. I really needed this as we have several Ryobi products and we are always running out of battery, especially in the lawn mower, so this was an excellent deal. Use the driver/drill in conjunction with my Ryobi hammer drill, use one for drilling the other for screwing. The older tool does not have a light on it, so I am very pleased to see that Ryobi have included a light on the newer product. Very happy with all our Ryobi products, but registering the tool for the extended warranty is an absolute pain.
The leaf blower is fantastic. We have artificial grass and lots of trees. This leaf blower cuts the workload in half. We are really happy with it
I bought the impact kit as I wanted to built an insulated patio kit and then a ground level deck under it. I needed something that would have no issues screwing in a few anka screws into concrete, a bunch of Tek screws into sheet metal and be able to handle driving some of the other screws and bolts.This kit did it all. The 4.0ah battery did the 3 day install all on one charge and never missed a beat. The impact driver had plenty of power and wasn’t too heavy to have hanging off my belt with the included hanger clip. Can’t wait to start my deck over Easter and see how this goes driving in a thousand deck screws.
