You can’t beat the price for this rotary tool by #Ryobi works amazing. The bushing don’t go out easy like the other rotary tool I have. I use the #Ryobi daily. The rotary tool fits in well in my hand, verse others that are big and bulky. The only complaint is the cable gets bound up it’s a easy fix.

Cordless?

How is this cordless? It had a cord connecting it to something. That means it's not cordless. I bought it because of that.

Excellent rotary tool!

I've been using the Ryobi tool for quite a while now and I find that is very handy for many applications around the home. I have used this tool for literally everything from cleaning up engine parts on my truck to sculpting and cleaning up scale models. Check out my video if you want to see some of the applications that I have used this tool for. This tool has always worked excellently no matter what I've used it for and I find that the motor is powerful enough to do everything I needed to do. I definitely recommend this product.

Functional but loud

Pro: Allows you the prospect of a rotary cutter in portable form. If you have the Ryobi 18V tools/batteries, then it makes very good sense (like for repairs on the boat where AC is not available). My home one is a Dremel, but this is a good deal, and works well. Since I use the Ryobi tools quite a bit on the boat, it fits the circumstance. Con: It is loud. It doesn't make much difference on the boat, but it was immediately noticeable in comparison to the Dremel. I don't suppose you can expect any power tool to be quiet.

Great Tool

Purchased this tool to replace a 30 year, probably 1st Gen Dremel which runs on a small rechargeable battery, and this tool has a lot of options that the previous Dremel didn't. Great selection of optional pads and bits to a person started. The portability of the unit is also great with the use of the One+ battery system.

Great tool

The tool has great speed control. Best used with 4ah battery. I bought extra tool bits for a more complete set. Excellent value.

Love this tool!

Excellent tool! It works great! Very easy to use! Really love the ability to hang the tool.Only a couple of cons:1. The wand gets considerably hot when using the tool.2. The balance when hanging the tool is not balanced.3. It’s louder than expected. But I consider that as a “just comes with the territory” kind of thing.It’s a solid and sturdy tool.

Not a friendly tool.

This item is garbage. It took me 3 hours to change the quick change Mandela. This brand new, never been opened box was so corroded it was all I courld to to break it loose with pliers. I read page 12 and it said to go to page 13 after the French version. Except the Spanish was after the French..I finally found the other pages at the end of the boob. I never did figure out how to get at the storage compartment. I am afraid to use it. I think it is going back.

nothing to be impress but ryobi got it worst

I use dremmel since my teens and I am over 50 now. This one was my third. I use that very often, many times a month. I bough it in July and got it in August. The shaft broke in less than 10 uses. I never broke a shaft before. I tried to find a new one online because I saw somewhere this is no warranty. It is B.O. every where...hum... that ring me a bell.... I wrote to ryobi and they told me that they are not expecting those until March 2021. Can't wait till that time so I will need to buy another rotary tool of try to find a shaft that fit. I am trying to stay calm but I am really mad right now
