Good Budget Impact Wrench..

This tool is very helpful for Diy mechanics. It is very compact and lightweight. It is good enough to open wheel nuts but it may struggle on really tight ones. This is also good to work on suspension like changing the drop links, sway bar bushings and compressing the coil springs. It wont open any bigger bolts 22mmBut it is not ideal impact wrench . If you work regularly on cars buy some impact wrench with higher torque.

Impact wrench

What a nice piece of kit! A real time-saver when it comes to those stubborn suspension bolts. A proper time (& knuckle) saver. When you start a job on your 'daily runner', you can't always afford to wait for penetrative lubricant to do its job. Heat and freezing can cause damage. A decent impact driver and some impact sockets (not supplied unfortunately), sorts the job and well worth the investment. This wrench has a good balance of weight to effectiveness.

Ordered this tool to work on a long laid up vehicle, rusted bolts unmoved for 30 years but with the correct impact sockets, this Ryobi did the business ! Happy with my purchase ..

Surprisingly powerful

I can’t believe the torque that this tool generates with little or no reactive twisting in the arm. I bought it to use as a general lightweight socket wrench. I didn’t go for the bigger high torque tool. That said I suspect for most of the time this tool will be set to low power as that is more than adequate for most work that I do. The higher settings will certainly deal with car wheel nuts. With a top torque of of some 200 lb feet that is the turning power on a nut or bolt equal to a 14 stone person standing/hanging off a foot long spanner…Unbelievable. It feels good on the hand, solid and smooth to the grip.I am very impressed.

i bought this to work alongside the bigger brushed version and they make the perfect pair this one is smaller so can get in more places.

ryobi little impact gun

i brought this just have as they come in handy but wow it really is worth having i tried it out on 19mm wheel bolts on a car that had been sat for over a year and it undone them with ease and that was with a 2.0ah battery the gun is very easy to use and control i think the price for a bar tool maybe a little high and if you don't already have ryobi tools/batteries it's not really worth getting but if you have batteries that fit then its a must have gun for a diy and maybe even work use overall it's a nice little impact gun
