A fantastic buy that does the job. My mate had one made by dewalt which was great. So having ryobi gear I went down that path, and I’m glad I did. Top marks.

Brilliant tool!

This little dust extractor packs a decent amount of power for it's size. The amount of dust that it collects depends a lot on the tool that you are using it for but it will take all the small and dangerous particles. From wood cut with a skill saw, some chips would still get away but that's much better than having a cloud of dust all around. I didn't do a timing on how long the battery will last but what I do is to have a 4 Ah battery charging while I'm using the other. Due to it's power, it is very thirsty.

Cracking bit of kit

Good capacity and good suction. Only down sides is it chews through batterys so make sure you have a couple of the larger capacity batteries ie bigger than 4ah so have any usable run time. Also the hose is abit too springy but its not that bad

Does the job fine

With the battery it isnt the easiest to manage and the waste is a bit of awkward but I still think it deserves 4star. All my power tools are ryobi so I had the batteries and charger already so it made it cheaper to buy

Excellent and nearly perfect

Added this to my Ryobi tool collection for ease of use as it uses the same battery. Ive been surprised how good it is but have a couple of minor issues. The floor/flat suction attachment is a bit cheap and nasty and doesnt include any brush or similar bits that you can attach. The hose is fine and looks and feels like it will last, but when cleaning my workshop floor I have to get down on my knees as theres no tube type extensions like on normal cordless vacuums. On the plus side is the huge capacity which means less emptying and the suction power. All in all a good tool which works great as long as you power it with a decent ah battery.

Good for small jobs

Lightweight with a reasonable suction. Does however, discharge batteries quickly.

Ryobi hoover

This is easy to use and works well with the attachment on other ryobi tools. Light weight and powerful. Good value for money as is all ryobi tools

Ryobi project vac

This is a must purchase to anyone who likes doing odd jobs around the house and garage. You can use it for multiple things. Cleaning up after some diy ,vacuuming the car. Attaching to my ryobi tools as dust extraction. It also cleans up spillages of liquids aswell. It is so versatile, i would recommend it to anyone.

Simple, light and convenient.

So far impressed with this hoover. I'm a painter and decorator so this is perfect for hoovering around skirtings etc prior to painting. It's very light and so convenient especially with a 9ah battery installed lasts for literally ages. Def recommended.

Surprisingly powerful

I bought this after watching several reviews on Youtube - I was considering buying the Ridgid X4 but as all my cordless tools are of the Ryobi brand I already had the correct batteries. As my second choice I have actually been quite impressed with it's power and build - Very sturdy overall with a fair length of hose and two useful nozzles, one wide and one narrow - the only issue I forsee are potentially the clips for the long narrow nozzle storage seem a little flimsy. I don't have any of the recommended 9AH batteries, I have 4AH and these seem to last around 10-15 minutes on a full charge. Not too bulky for what it is, although it's made of vacuform plastic so the walls are quite thick (but light).
