I’ve tried several high quality brands pump pre but this one works the best by far and it’s not even close. Don’t get me wrong it might not taste as good as something from ghost for instance, BUT it’s plenty good tasting to drink and it far outweighs any other brand in performance 💯 would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting a great pump. Today was push day, have only gotten 4 hours of sleep for 2 nights in a row, and I combo’d this pump and stim daddy pre. Despite my lack of sleep and not putting in as much work as usual I got the best pump I’ve ever had for my chest it was insane! I put 5 stars for a reason, if u want the best performing pump here ya go

I am new to pre-workout and this is a great start. I love working out late and the non-stim doesn't get me amped up enough that I'm too jittery to go to bed. The freedom rocks tastes amazing and I can definitely see gains from the 5mg of creatine too. I get pumped up and I have lots of energy to workout longer and with more weight. I highly recommend this pre-workout.

Bought this product with high hopes however, in the end, I was very disappointed. I’ve tried many of the RYSE pre-workouts, from their Godzilla to their Loaded Pre, and was very impressed with those formulas. However, this formula did not match those. I got the flavor Freedom Rocks, and the flavor was drastically off. It tasted more like Blue Raspberry with an overpowered Lime flavor that overall did not taste good and made me sick after trying it. I think it would be time to go back to the drawing board and try to redo this flavor to match the inspiration you guys are going for.

I’m a caffeine addict, I don’t like when the pre workout makes my heart beat a lot to the point where I’m dizzy and I can’t breathe. I’ve thought abt trying this as it’s non stim. It still has the beta alinine which I adore. Just think this is my favorite pre workout as a first impression. I’ve only tried one scoop and it’s honestly perfect. It gives me energy enough for a session. The taste is okayish to me. I love how I can get the energy of caffeine but without the caffeine.
Was a little suspicious at all the 5 star reviews on here, but after ordering this product I have become a believer. My go-to was a popular GNC pre-workout. Being new to lifting it had what I thought I needed. After countless hours of research I came across Pump Daddy V2. I was hesitant to purchase at first. My big regret was not picking this up sooner.I took 2 scoops in 16oz of water and drove to the gym. An 8 mile drive. Once I arrived it hit me. I was ready to go. It delivered on extra pumps, I was focused, hit new PR’s. I was progressive overloading my progressive overloads. I won’t be going back, and I won’t be going anywhere else. Thanks Ryse.
Have gone through numerous pre-workouts and either it was too far on the stimulant side or not enough. DESPITE this one NOT having stimulants, it certainly has some positive properties. The tingles are intense and last for a very long time. Definitely feels like getting a one up and allows for pushing through extra sets. Highly recommend!
I've used it twice and gotten sick both times. Heart racing, lightheaded, felt like I was going to pass out.I've used a ton of different pump powders, this is the only one that gives me this reaction. Honestly felt like I was going to pass out and couldn't finish my workout.I didn't try it again for more than a month and the same thing happened again. Straight into the garbage.
the taste is really horrible and hard to drink. also the quality is not so great taking into consideration that we, 4 different persons tried this and 3 vomited afterwards. so workout is hard to get done. trying one scoop as dosage is better than 2 for sure. 2 makes you sick almost instantly. and causes itchiness. we do not recommend this product especially also for it's huge price and low quality.
I go to the gym after work and sometimes in afternoons on the weekends. I love a non stim product as it helps to cut down my caffeine consumption. The quality of the ingredients are top notch and makes my workout more effective and feel good with a sick pump! Taste is alright. I’m not fussy about it. The dosage is adquate. I take 1.25 scoops usually.
This product for me is amazing! I have stomach issues and I work late so i was trying to find something with less stims and caffeine in it. I came across this product and have had about 6 or 7 work outs. I experience no bloating or nausea like i have had with several other products in the past and I get a juicy pump when taken this product. The flavor is good but a little watered down to me. All in all it’s a really good product and i love it! it’s worth a shot to buy and try. I will be buying more in the future.
