We use this to make a dish that is always a hit. A welcome home meal, a ‘make me happy’ meal, a ‘what would you really like for supper’ meal. We cook onions and red peppers until soft whilst cooking penne. When the penne is almost done, add a bag of baby spinach to the pasta. When wilted, drain it off and layer with the onion and pepper mix, Sacla whole cherry tomato with chilli and mozzarella and a layer of Parmesan grated on the top in an oven dish. Then bake in a medium oven until cheese is golden. Have tried other products but none come near. The dish is good cold and can be frozen to heat in the microwave.

We have been having this delicious sauce for years! Sadly, I can no longer get it in either Sainsburys or Waitrose! Only the not-so-worthy Pesto is available widely. Seriously the supermarkets are missing a trick by not keeping these in stock. I hope Ocado never sop selling this, its yummy, authentic, and most importantly, not sweet or watery!

Bought for my Italian mother living in the UK. She say it is the only proper Italian style sauce she can get here, and will use no other. She has limited mobility and is struggling now to find the sauce in the North West. Your shipping was described as like a wonderful early Christmas present!
