Take out the foam from the vacuum compressed package and let it expand to its original shape. This can take 24-48 hours or up to a few days. You may soak it in water for 10 seconds and wring out the water and let it air/blow dry. 2. After expansion, apply self-adhesive or glue on the back of the foams and paste it to desired areas for soundproofing. Can be removed easily and reused for the second time. Please note This item comes in vacuum compressed packaging. Please follow instructions for expansion and installation before attaching the foam for soundproofing. Adhesive/glue not included. Please allow a leeway of a few centimetres in size dimensions due to hand measurement.
