The legendary shoe adored by trail running legends Originally launched in 2013, the XT-6 is the preferred footwear of world-class athletes for ultra-distance races under harsh conditions. It now returns with updated colors and materials, but the same level of cushioning, durability and descent-control.

The original sneaker was dirty. I had to order another pair for my birthday trip to dallas and it came just in time but I had to pay another 20$ to expedite the shipping. On the bright side, the sneaker is very fashion forward and comfortable.

I’ve been trying for a while to get a pair of XT-6’s.After a cancelled preorder I got an alert off nordstrom.com and there was one left in my size, snagged it! Super cushy insole, excellent ankle support & I like the draw string laces, very stylish too.

I bought these for work off a recommendation and they are super comfy. The grip is also very good as it has been icy here and I have not slipped when wearing them. The price is expensive but with 25% off from Unidays makes them much more affordable.

This shoe has blown up thanks to celebrities wearing them like streetwear. I think that is why the quality of the shoe has gone down to keep up with demand, and feels nothing like the build quality of my older Salomons. This shoe runs very narrow and long and uncomfortable from the get go for me. I got the 7.5 and had a lot of room between my toes and the tip of the shoe but my midfoot was screaming. No amount of loosening would fix that. I cannot imagine how this sizing is gender inclusive unless all genders have a very narrow and long foot!
I had heard good things from a couple people about Salomon’s. However, when I ordered and got them I was disappointed. I got them to replace some hiking shoes and I initially liked how grippy the outsole is. I tried them on after a 3.5 mile hike to make sure the length and width were correct and they although the width is good, the heel felt clunky and the interior footbed was very uncomfortable. I thought it was just the cheap liner, so I put a pair of insoles in them, but that made no difference. In fact I tried two different insoles and the interior of the shoe was so uncomfortable, after taking off my other shoe. I also noticed that the mesh upper material seemed too thick and not breathable at all. I also noticed that the mesh upper material seemed too thick and not breathable at all. The laces were also quite long and unlike the Salomon Speedcross, there isn’t a pocket on the tongue to store the pull mechanism or rather there is one, but it’s half sewn shut, so unusable for that purpose, which made no sense, so it flops around when you walk. For the $200 price, these shoes were not high quality at all. In fact I am surprised these are so popular since the actual footbed is not comfortable for even 5 minutes let alone a trail run/walk. Anyway, back they went. I’d highly encourage people to try these on after a run to ensure they work for you.
I have the white pair and the mesh started to yellow within a few months! I would not recommend this color.I also thought they would be comfortable, but they're not really ... I wore them around Japan and I much preferred wearing my new balances. They were so uncomfortable, the soles of my feet were screaming! They also have terrible grip -- I fell in the rain with these.I want to love them so badly, but they just aren't it.
Bought these a month ago and have used for both everyday life and trail running when it was snowing with no problem. Fit and look great. I'm normally an 11 with most shoes and went up to 11.5 with Salomon as the 10.5 I originally bought were too tight. Would recommend going one size up if buying.
These were made for the girl that’s going to hike a New England trail and then immediately go to a brewery to try to pet stranger dogs. These were made for the nyc girlies adding gorp to complete their brat outfits. These were made for the elderly who struggle to tie their own shoes and are high fall risk. Also men and other gender identities can wear them, but they’re mostly for the girls.
Very comfortable, well-made, true to size. I had to return it because I ended up getting the one with the gore-tex.
The shoe is very comfortable. It does run slightly on the bigger size. My intention was to use it for working out so stuck to a size 7 instead of going down half a size.
