Purchased the Pathway XTs three weeks ago for a trip to NYC, where I mostly walk. Had minimal break-in and was covering about three miles a day with no issues. The shoe quality is good and the fit matches well with my foot shape and walking style. Have previously worn the Speedcross 5 and XT, the fit has been consistent for all three.

I wear a woman's size 8, purchased a men's 6.5 and the fit is perfect!The internal sole isn't very cushy, but it conforms well to the feet and offers great support. The external sole is thick enough such that walking over rocky ridged terrain is sensationless.I purchased these to replace my trail walking shoes, but they're stylish enough I've been wearing them out around town and to the office as well.Waterproof and clean off easily!

These are my comfiest shoes, whether it be walking around the city or working out. They are not the most breathable so not sure how they'd hold up in hot summer weather, that's to be expected from gore-tex shoes, but that also means they keep my feet warmer in the winter than regular sneakers. 100% waterproof, fits true to size, I have narrow feet so can't speak for wide feet.

I bought these to play hockey on astro, they are light and comfy with a nice amount of support under foot. The size of the Salomon runs small; I’m normally a size 5 and I bought a size 6. Second thing I’d warn is that if you have a bunion or wide toes the seam for lacing rubs it.
Light, very comfortable, feet fit nicely, true to sizeNeeded a little getting used to the draw strings and the height / support by the ankle bone , but loving the shoe so much , much recommended - great grip on dusty paths as well as wet ones - plus dry feet
Purchased for a multi week trip in Europe which included a mix of hiking on trails, walking around urban areas and carrying heavy packs. Shoes were very comfortable and help up well in all situations. I like the look a lot as well.

Ordered these in a W7 which is what fit me for other style shoes from Salomon, but these arrived and are too big. Great shoe though, will return and order a size smaller.
I love all of my Salomons, except for these. These are my first Sportstyle Salomons and I wish I hadn't gotten them. They look great, but my feet are in serious pain after walking in them for more than an hour. Because of that, I don't wear them and will probably donate them. I'll be sticking to wearing trail running, hiking or road running shoes that I've loved over the years.
Had to return the XT-pathway...the white was really yellowish, and the 12 was a tiny bit too small, really need 1/2 size bigger in Salomon I guess. Loved the shoe profile, but the misleading pictures, I can't purchase again, color match not correct. GREAT customer service, quick return, thank you.
