I've been using Salter's Automatic Wrist Blood pressure monitor for a few weeks. As the name suggests it takes your blood pressure at uour wrist, so much easier than any other blood presure machine I've used at home. I found it easy to get in to place. The wrist band has a rigid section that you slip your wrist into and a flexible part that you can adjust to fit comfortably so the reading can be made. It also measures your pulse rate. It has an obvious on/off switch & can store the measurements. The display was easy to read. The only real drawback was that the instructions booklet was written in quite small print so hard to eead, although the illustrations were clear.

It is a great little item. Really pleased I got it, easy to use, easy to get on wrist, now I can keep a note of my blood pressure. The only gripe is the book of restrictions is so small, can’t read. Glad I am sensible, otherwise I would be lost.

This is a handy easy to use devise that seems accurate with blood pressure readings. It gives you systolic & diastolic readings also pulse rate. There is no need to be able to understand the reading as it gives a clear indicator pointing to whether you have optimal or high blood pressure or anything in between. There is a memory function so you can compare your last three readings. It's light weight and compact so easy to carry. The only negative I have is the enclosed instruction booklet has very small print so quite hard to read.

I always have a problem taking my Blood Pressure at home. I had cancer and it had spread to my lymph nodes in my left arm, so I can only take my BP on the right side. Being right handed, it was always such a clumsy task trying to get the band tight while holding it in place. No more! It's as simple as snapping it on my wrist and pressing a button.Such a great device. Thank you!
I liked this monitor as it was to be used on the wrist and not a huge machine. It looks smart and has a fairly large screen making it very easy to read. The instructions were very easy to follow ...even if you had not used a machine like this previously, you would be able to use it with confidence. It is great that you can track your last 60 days worth of tests....if in any doubt of results... go to the Dr …. but to keep a general check on your blood pressure this machine works very well. Great to use at home .
False reading set off my anxiety off and caused so much stress, 111 sent the ambulance out. Paramedics advised to bin the product and showed a reading comparison to their ECG machine and this product was completely off!! Don’t waste your money and think it’s a bargain for medical needs, like I did!
I needed a new BP wrist monitor because my last one was too old and didn't inflate annoyingly I'm having similar issue with this one, currently under investigation with my doctor for high blood pressure but the readings on this are all over the place.The cuff only inflates if I stretch out my arm as if it's blocked the air intake and the read out is not normal. It doesn't slowly deflate to give a reading it inflates and then let's the air out quick like a puff, not sure how it should work but I am assuming it's a dud.I have attached pictures of the read outs these were done in the same seated position within 20mins of setting up the date and time ect. On the machine.
!: The results are erratic and inaccurate. 2: The battery indicator shows low, and switches off after one day, even though t he batteries are fine. 3: The instruction manual typeface is so sdmall it's unreadable without a magnifier. All in all, this thing is total rubbish. AVOID!
