Love these mills. However i wouldn’t say they’re contemporary they’re more traditional than modern.They are perfect to grind salt and pepper. I’ve filled them with whole black peppercorns and Himalayan pink salt. There’s 3 options for how fine or coarse you want it. Love them and recommend them. V sturdy and strong.

I love the simple design of these Mills and with the see-through plastic it's easy to see when they need refilling. The changeable coarseness is a great feature too. They both grind nicely, smooth and evenly.
These mills are beautiful and grind salt and pepper evenly. I really like the fact that I can adjust the coarseness of the grind easily. It is slightly difficult to fill them as you need to use a screwdriver but it is easy to do. The mill stones are made of ceramic that make this device perform amazingly however you have to be careful to not over tighten the grind when adjusting it to prevent damaging them. a positive attribute of this Salter mill is the 2 years guarantee. I would recommend this set of glass mills to my friends and family.
I bought the Salter acrylic twin salt and pepper grinders as a gift for a family member. After only a few months of use, the two grinder mechanisms ceased working. Disappointing.
These salt & pepper mills are a really classic look, they remind me of traditional salt & pepper mills with the curved tops. They look elegant & sleek , and can carry quite a lot of work salt crystals & pepper corns.When grinding on the food the sharp blades they grind it very well so you don’t get those huge lumpy parts, and a equal amount comes out when grinding it .They can’t in a nice clear packaging so you could see the product in it.Photos don’t do the justice
The mills are stylish, quite big and easy to fill with salt/pepper.Well made and they look expensive. I got these as a tester but would definitely buy or recommend to others. They look fab on the kitchen counter.
I am so happy with these salt and pepper mills! They have a modern, transparent design with a style that compliments any kitchen or dining room table. In addition to this, the grinders themselves are superb in that they are sharp enough to grind my Himalayan salt crystals and peppercorns. Definitely a great choice!
A hopeless failure to supply correct carpet feet for bathroom scales after 2 x tries. Wasted postage for items priced at £3.40 exceeded goods value on each occasion. Conclusion is that I can't be bothered to try again. Will buy a new replacement product in B&Q for about £12. Life's too short to suffer this level of service.
