I received the unit without the cell housing, i am assuming as this was because it was a generic retrofit and the the purchasers would already have the housing, i cannot find the housing for this unit anywhere on your website, if it is there it is not easy to find

Product failed after 3 months into 5 year warranty. No offer of replacement or refund. Was a retrofit product that didn’t fit original bracket and did not come with a bracket so had to make my own. Second product was missing from the order. Will not use your company again.
