From my experiences, over the past 3 years - this Sambucol Cold & Flu Forte product actually works! I was initially VERY sceptical... however, each time I felt the onset of a pesky cold-virus - I used this Sambucol product and was pleasantly surprised. I found the severity and duration were by-far-less compared to that were experienced by my family, friends and workmates - who had the same virus, at the same time, comparison. Sambucol is certainly worth trying... it is now my number #1 and 'go-to' I now always have a Sambucol packet on-hand. Just-in-case. Highly recommend Sambucol Cold & Flu Forte product.

New formula low dosage have take 3x2 caps. Doesn't work. Old formula have 5.8 grams this one only 2.8 grams. Rubbish.
I always have at least one box in my household just in case. Great for immunity and a boost when you are feeling run down.
I find this product really works for reducing symptoms and duration of colds and flus

These tablets are ok, but they have less elderberry in them and I much prefer the straight Sambucol
I find these tablets really help, I usually take when I feel a sore throat coming on & they also build up your immune system.
