I find this product very good for boosting my husbands immunity,as he is immune suppressed.
Even after the first dose, I immediately felt a little better. My nose breathe a bit easier and so was my sore throat. I kept taking it until the bottle was finished, since I had no idea how long I had to take it for and hope for the best.
I buy this to increase our immunity when travelling overseas, especially when cruising. It seems to work, at least in conjunciton with basic hygiene practices. No more 'cruise ship flus' for this family.
Very effective if taking early at first signs of cold and flu so the symptoms become much milder and get better within a week. Take at least 3 times a day. I love this product, easy to take even with the kids.
