I bought this case on the recommendation of a friend, but was sceptical about its capacity as I could not immediately see how it expanded. However it is really brilliant and I was amazed at how much fitted in. I have used it for a train journey and found it easy to move around even with my computer bag on top. The only problem I have had is that the 4 wheels are very lively and the case had a mind of its own on a bus, so it needs a bit of controlling. But it has made a great difference to my journeys and I am very pleased with my purchase. Thank you.

I bought this suitcase and I decided to return it as the extendable feature only works on one side of the case, meaning its shape gets awkward when you try to expand it as it only does it on one side of the case and it does not expands out evenly. It remains looking like an open book if you know what I mean. I found this to be very annoying as I much prefer a case that does it properly. I enquired about this to John Lewis who pointed me to Samsonite. Samsonite's response wasn't helpful at all, hence why I returned it. Really disappointed and surprised about this.

The suitcase looks amazing and the wheels work very well and smooth. The issue I have faced is that the zip on the suitcase kept popping and I had to drag it all the way back to reconnect before any other attempt of closing it (it broke as soon as the suitcase become a bit loaded). I kept it as I had it delivered 1 day before my travels and I needed a suitcase urgently, and it still a great purchase but you definitely should not overload it, I was worried all the way when I checked it in.Note to Samsonite - for such a large suitcase company with such a great reputation you have definitely let me down with that zip. I have had zip suitcases before and as much as I loaded them the zip always stayed intact.

The wheels glide on any surface so smoothly and this has a double zip design which I like. This looks small but can most definitely fit a lot it has a lot of space and comes with a clear small zip bag which can probably can be used for some liquid hygiene products. The front zip compartment has multiple slots which I can use to put my Laptop, Tablet, phone, paperwork and the power bank in. The best features are that the zippers can snap in the small holes and the lock. These two features makes me worry less about something falling out if the zipper accidentally unzip. I found the laptop section, that also had space for my other tech worked well at security where there always feels a rush to get items through the scanner.The case has more space than my previous cabin case which was very useful and means this will work well for a short trip without needing a case to go into the hold.The case was a dream to pull along.I've dropped one star as scuff marks have appeared after just one trip. I purchased the lighter blue option as all other colours were out of stock. It's a lovely colour, a little darker than shown in the photo. However because of the scuffing I would recommend only buying the black or navy.

The main advantage of this case is that its four wheels make it so much easier to manoeuvre than a case than drag it behind you. The bonus with this one is that it has a front compartment for keeping travel essentials, with internal pockets for documents. Inside, the main body is expandable for ideal for a weekend away, and there's a well-padded area for a laptop of tablet. The zips are rugged and the locking system is good.I'm very pleased with it.
