This laptop back pack is incredible. It has so much padding to protect my device and is such a good size. I’m able to store my charger and notebook in it as well as other accessories I need. The backpack feature is great because I can use my hands for other things. This is great to tracks with. I highly recommend it.

This is a great backpack for travel and work purposes! The design is modern and sleek. The inside is spacious and the numerous pockets and dividers keep me organized as all times. It’s enough to store my laptop, tablet, and documents all at the same time. The material is sturdy and waterproof. I like how comfortable the straps are when k wear the backpack for extended periods of time. Overall, this backpack is perfect for storing all my necessities and is high quality. I recommend this product to others!

This is a very well designed and thought out laptop bag. There are lots of compartments, and pockets within those compartments to hold everything you could need to travel and such. 10% too small

Bought it for business travel with laptop and Ipad. Unfortunately, everything seems to be 10% too small.My (standard 15.4 inch) laptop only fits when forcing it under the seams. Very inconvenient to pass through airports!!! (my older laptop, also 15.4 inch, but with slightly larger bezel, does not fit at all!!!!)When I add my Ipad, hard to fit anything else in the main pocket - not even an A4 notebook.Front pocket next to useless (keys + wallet and it's full).Second pocket too small to fit an A4 notebook. I cannot fit an A4 notebook in there.No place to fit my over-ear headphones... had to buy earbuds.Hard to fit a water bottle in the net - have to really force it.I have favoured Samsonite laptop backpacks for 25 years - not sure it will be my next one.

Good quality laptop bag

Good rugged material and waterproof outer. Zippers look like they might fall apart with use, but seem good so far. The design of the interior allows for lots of stuff to be put away nicely - a tablet area to put next to a laptop is sensible. There is an odd cut to the top part of the bag where it appears to sit at a strange point on my body, but wasn't sure if that was just my body shape. I don't wear it long distances though and it is comfortable when wearing the cross-chest strap when the backpack is full. I'm happy that it will protect my laptop appropriately.

Great all rounder

Bought this for a tour of Japan. Delivered in terms of overnight bag when forwarding main luggage to next hotel accommodation. Great for commuting and all weather city/outdoor exploring. Had a rainy day out and about - bag held up. It kept all my items dry even during heavy rain. Easy to wipe dry and clean.Well placed easy access compartments and pull out bottle/umbrella mesh holder.Amazingly useful, durable, and looks good! No regrets purchasing. Highly recommended.

I would not buy this product if you paid me

The backpack storage is superb.However the strap that clips across your chest came away from the bag on tightening on BOTH sides, so clearly a design defect.Raised via PayPal and Samsonite asked for photos which I provided to both PayPal and Samsonite. I was then told "they clip back on" but no advice given on how to do this.Had to get my money back via PayPal.Bag is as much use as a Chocolate Fireguard now. No emails from Samsonite since PayPal concluded a design defect which considering the bags cost and the advice "They clip back on" shows that this is the case.

Lasts only a few years

Very light and comfortable with slim profile. Well placed hidden pocket. Chest straps are very smooth to adjust. Was very happy with the backpack for commuting until 2 years in and one of the zippers fell of track and detached altogether. After 4 years, the outer layer synthetic started to flake and peel away. The cup holder mesh is too floppy and limited in what size bottle it can hold. Should have followed the reviews and not purchased as the exact issues happened to me.

Perfect

I commute and use this bag for work. I travel 3hrs round trip everyday and often work in cafes, library, and other places at the university.This bag is exactly what I needed. MacBook Air, portable stand, keyboard, mouse, space for cable bags and plenty of room for documents, stationary, umbrella etc.Also perfect for trips, conferences. Waterproof. Absolutely delighted with it. So much better than previous North Face, Delsey and other commuter backpacks I've had.

The design needs altering.

The product needs altering. I bought 2 backpacks...one Ecodiver Laptop Backpack M and one with USB. The USB backpack does not fit over the handles on the cases (i have 4 case) So with the USB, i have unpicked the fitted the handles. (I understand my warranty is no longer valid) but i now have a secure backpack and i can slip on my case to walk around. (i am 68 years old, female, and some time having a heavy backpack on my back is too much, also for security, hence secure on the case handles.) I did have a debate with your customer services. but the reply back was unsatisfactory! Reply was and I have copied the text. ((then the only option I can suggest would be to secure the back-pack with two bungees one horizontal and one vertical.)) This would look horrendous and ... MoreThe product needs altering.
