Great communication and fast delivery ,pleased with suitcases.

Used this once and the zipper broke - Then asked customer service for a replacement but they said to take it to a service centre.... I live in regional NSW so this wasnt possible before our overseas holiday. looks like ill need to buy another suitcase

Very disappointed with the suitcase internal design. The interior pocket/separator is very difficult to keep clipping in and out. It is easy to unclip but to clip-up is frustrating as you cannot see the connection hook under the lining and requires a great deal of fiddling around, which has now damaged the openings. The little connection hook under the lining also flips out easily so you need to unzip all the lining to find the part and clip in in again. It does not hold all the items in the left-hand side compartment in place, which makes it annoying when flipping it over to close the suitcase. The items all move around and fall out!Furthermore, after just one trip, the outside of the suitcase looks very scratched and worn. The exterior quality is not good.
