I have had my S'Cure Spinner for 4 years. One I bought 4 years ago in my UK trip. I had many long distance air travel. Lucky me, my suitcase still survive after dropped the ground, scratches, baggage service handles without care. I don't worry to be stolen with this suitcase also because they use latches instead of zippers. The main reasons I purchased this suitcase were the locking mechanism and the apparent sturdiness of the wheels (some suitcases with 4 wheels have rather flimsy looking wheels). It's easy for moving. The weight of this suitcase is a plus. It doesn't reduce significantly your baggage allowance. Highly recommend for people who usually travel.

Ten years ago I watched my $1000 Tumi bag sit in the rain during a delay at Houston Airport, I arrived in LA with a bag full of water, and had a early meeting the next day, it was a mess. After returning home I bought a gray 28" 2 Wheeled Samsonite "Clam Shell" with a rubber seal, hard-side case. It has traveled the world (literally), always keeping my cloths well protected, its been left in many a hostile environment, from extreme heat to cold to rain.... Unfortunately the telescoping handle broke and I had to travel again before the repair could be done, ten years of abuse - not a quality issue. I bought the S' Cure, basically its the newest version / upgrade for my old bag. Great Bag! seals tightly (rubber sealing ring), fully weather resistant, crush resistant. I look forward to 10+ years of no worry service. FYI - Samsonite repaired my old bag at no charge, and returned it in less then two weeks, now I have two life long cases. I love the shine and shimmer of the new case, but feel very nostalgic for the old tried and true one.

Best Set of Suitcases I have Owned in 36 Years

I travel to some really remote places as an expat and go to third world and first world destinations. My critical items are safe and secure and so far never been lost. They are the best cases I have ever owned in more than 36 years. Only downside is the empty weight and when luggage handlers drop them on the wheels as this damages the wheels. I have recently found the replacement wheels but are about half the price of a new case the same.

Best suitcase I had so far
12 May 2018

I have had my SCure suitcase for abt 4 years now. I work in the international humanitarian sector and therefore I travel loads, and sometime through extremely difficult terrain. I have gone through a few suitcases during the course of my career, which had not been up to the challenge that my professional life is... this one has. It's been a reliable companion, rainproof, dirtproof, no frills. Never need to worry about what it can handle. The only thing which I don't like too much is the 1 interior compartment - likely as i tended to overload it, the zipper quickly broke and I have never gotten around to repair it. Now I have this piece of cloth flapping around inside the suitcase.. I would therefore prefer a different solution for compartmentalizing the suitcase ... MoreI have had my SCure suitcase for abt 4 years now. That being said, I will buy another one of the line this year still, because all in all it's a very good durable luggage to have, lasts for many many years to Come and it's the best I used so far.

Big, Sturdy, a bit Disappointing
18 February 2021

It's big. It's sturdy. Even so, it is reasonably light. But it might be a bit too large for some airlines baggage limits. And, it is big enough that it might be hard to fill it up and stay under the weight limit. Particularly so for some foreign airlines where the weight limit is around 44 pounds instead of the typical American limit of 50 pounds. We were planning to use these to replace our rather aged Samsonite Oyster suitcases, which are also big and sturdy, and have latches instead of zippers. But this one won't do, partly because one of the wheels fell off right out of the box. That is not characteristic of Samsonite, I don't think, but it is a bit worrisome. So we returned it and will continue using our old Oysters until they fall apart. #sweepstakes

Excellent suitcase
9 September 2022

I have 3 other Samsonite Aeris 75 suitcases and this is the closest match. This is an excellent suitcase - I much prefer the 3 point lock system over zips for security. Perfect for a 2 week holiday, large but with 4 way wheel movement. Inside is a cloth zipped partition which is a new addition and an upgrade in my opinion. This is the best price by far I could find and I would buy from TradeInn again. Highly recommend product and seller.

Finally, a decent suitcase!
12 September 2018

Having had a number of suitcase fails which made my trips a nightmare I decided to splash out and purchase a samsonite. What a little gem of a suitcase this is. Great looking design and colour. Perfect size for a long weekend, really sturdy and tough. Smooth gliding wheels, sturdy telescopic handle for pulling along, perfectly placed top and side handles making it easy to lift onto trains or carry up stairs. Easy to see and use combination lock with two additional side locks to avoid any potential spills! Spacious interior with zip cover on one side and a useful zip pocket which came in handy for medications etc and anything which needed to be accessed easily. As a solo female traveller this little case is just perfect. Samsonite have thought of everything.

Great service from this company. Regular updates on delivery and easy to use website. I have 2 of these s-cure cases still going strong after 5 years just needed a smaller case for work. The price on here was the cheapest and the quality is amazing. Delivered by Royal Mail with great care.

The S'Cure Spinner is a functional, appropriate and stylish cabin case. The hard plastic shell is strong and tough. I chose the silver colour version which is most attractive. The case is an appropriate size for overhead cabin storage on all airlines. It moves well both on two wheels and four. The telescopic handle is easy, strong and reliable when you have to quickly elongate or shorten it when getting on and off different modes of transport. The main carrying handle is great! The best feature for me is the fastening mechanism - a clip on each short side and the third on the opening side which are much easier to open and close than a zipping mechanism, which has more chance of going wrong or sticking when at e.g. airport security. The only feature lacking for me is ... MoreThe S'Cure Spinner is a functional, appropriate and stylish cabin case. The hard plastic shell is strong and tough.
