I bought my bag in May. I bought it to have a laptop bag that was sturdy. It's a great bag and it came quickly.But. The top pouch at the front now has a ripped lining and I can't use it anymore because everything slips behind the tear. It was less than a month old when the rip appeared.I understand I have a warranty but I can no longer find my emailed receipt!

I go away on business trips at least once a month. This fits all my mobile office kit, toiletries and a spare outfit using packing cubes. It's robust, smart and well padded, and it looks professional.

There are a lot of compartments inside and outside the backpack. That's the reason why I like to buy Samsonite bag. There are spaces to put water bottles and usb too. The most that I like is there's a zip outside the backpack which contains two slots that can put our cards and also a zip beside to put our money and etc...On top of the backpack there's also a zip to put our keys too. There's also a back zip to put those things like passports or wallet to safe from pocketing. Overall the bag i can say is very very good and I will recommend this bag to relatives and friends too.
Love the bag, just that it appeared more a dull blue than the rich dark green featured on website and video (See EU website for green colour video exhibition). Comparing it back to back, you could'nt tell its the same product model colour. So that seems a bit disingenuous.
Bought this two years ago and have struggled with the size - my 13inch laptop fits in, but with a case for the laptop it is too big to put tuppaware in the main section, now both zippers have popped and I have to throw it away. it's a shame because everything else is usable, it's just the zipper section that stops me from using it.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Luggage Store. Upon receiving a damaged laptop bag, their customer service initially offered a replacement. However, when the replacement arrived, it was the same damaged bag. This lack of attention to detail was frustrating. After further discussion, they eventually agreed to refund my purchase, which I appreciated. However, the initial oversight of sending the same damaged bag again left much to be desired. Hopefully, they can improve their quality control and customer service processes in the future.
Stylish backpack. Light but sturdy, comfortable padding. Perfect laptop conmparwnt, hidden pocket for valuables and several handy front pockets, even one for glasses as well as pens.
We returned this as a found we had not bought the correct product. We were impressed by your speed of delivery and the ease of returning the item
