Realistically, this bag is what I would expect for the price. Good quality overall - except for the unstable handle. When extended, there was about 2 play in the handle. I did not feel like it was going to break, but I couldnt control the bag when rolling as well as I wanted. I bought this to use as a rolling briefcase. I have had 2 other cases of this same brand over the years and they eventually wore out… especially the handle, it refused to stay in a locked position. I was excited to get this in the new color to match my new luggage. Disappointing! The wheels fight me and refuse to go in a straight line. I have to use my arm muscles all the time to keep the case going in a straight line. Very very disappointing. At 80 I need my energy for walking!

Good: roller wheels are smooth and easy to maneuver.Bad: 1) The strap handles are difficult to grab when under the seat on the airplane. We have another under the seat roller bag that has a firm stationary handle that is more practical and much easier to use in this situation. 2) The zip cover to the pullout handle is not useful at all and allows crumbs and other items to fall into the space inside the bag. 3) The inside storage is hard to access while on the plane due to the snap separator. The first time we used the bag it made the airplane trip quite frustrating.

Used it first time this week for 5 day trip. Flew on Delta. It fit, just barely In overhead bin. Got 5days clothes without extra shoes or slacks. Meds & other extras fit well. The snap separator makes for difficult access, especially in flight.Free motion wheels were great though.Better maybe for shorter trips.
I recently purchased this piece. I travel almost every week for a few days and needed something just like this. It is perfect size to fit 2 days worth of clothes, a small change of shoes and toiletries. In addition I packed my laptop and iPad. The front pocket was great for all my cables. The side pocket was prefect for my med kit ( cold med, motrin, cough drops, etc (you never know). The wheels performed great and telescoping handle was strong and sturdy. I have currently used it twice and only issue has been if you sit in an isle seat on a United flight it will not fit under that seat. It fits under middle seat and window though. (Referring to economy seats). Other then that very happy with item
Haven't used on plane yet, but seems as good as reviews that I read. It's compact, size checks for use on United, and I like the easy setup of the pockets. Especially like that I can wheel it by itself or slip it onto a larger carry-on with the provided slider space on the back.On another note, I received a bag from a different company when I ordered and the customer service team got to work quickly with the return label and shipped me my correct bag in a timely fashion, which I appreciated.
This is a handy size and the deep purple is much more attractive than the photo. The wheels need a smooth surface to work well. On an aggregate surface or over sidewalk cracks, it needs to be pulled along as if it were a two-wheeler rather than a four-wheeler. On smooth surfaces, with the heaviest items on the bottom, it works fine. I wish the side pocket expanded to fit a water bottle. Overall, it woks as intended, and at a good price.

I had a similarly small case but it only had 2 wheels. When I saw this one with 4 spinner wheels I jumped at buying it. However, I am disappointed the zipper pulls do not easily accommodate small standard combination locks. The opening is too small and the pulls do not line up. It is possible to squeeze the lock on, but it's not that convenient or easy to do so. Grrrr... Also disappointed the standard built in handle is gone, replaced by "straps". But the 4 spinner wheels are great.I do like the compartment for the computer.
This is a fabulous small, spinner wheeled suitcase. The interior pockets and pouch are great for holding small items and toiletries. This suitcase is easy to use and has sufficient interior room for overnight or casual weekend use. The interior space is a bit smaller than indicated on the website. The interior space is actually 14” length x 13”width x 7” depth (1 inch shorter in length and 1 inch shorter in depth than indicated on the web site). I had hoped to be able to fit a 15x10” laptop computer in the case, but the interior was not long enough.
