I walk to and from the train station home to work wheels are ok but not built for uneven pavement. Can’t walk as fast with it as would normally. Overall happy but expected more.

The Xenon Spinner Mobile Office is a perfect choice for a commuting office worker. I read some reviews saying the handle was flimsy but "do not" let that put you off buying this product because I found it seems to give more flexibility while wheeling it along or spinning it around. This product is good quality, strong, good value, and comes with a 3 year warranty.

This is a perfect piece of luggage for overnight business trips and as a carry-on for longer trips. The only concern I have is that the handle seems a bit flimsy. I understand the engineering issues involved with making the necessary trade-off in having a more robust handle considering weight issues and a multi-sectional handle that collapses into the small case while extending to a comfortable length. Nevertheless I wonder if using modern composites might not make this possible.

Great bag! Holds my laptop as well as additional monitor, mouse and related accessories. It even has enough room for an overnight outfit.
I use this bag whenever I travel, whether for business or pleasure. I keep my laptop in it, along with any other electronics, and whatever else I need for easy access when on a plane. The bag had been everything I wanted, until my last trip, when 2 of the 4 wheels decided not to spin without considerable resistance. As a result, the bag is no better than a wheeled bag. I am not sure if anything can be done. I looked into bringing these into an authorized service center, but the cost and hassle of shipping is prohibitive. I also have no proof of purchase, as this was a gift to me. So, in essence, this bag lasted 2-1/2 years and now has lost all its advantages.
It is a bit expensive, but Excellent laptop work case. The wheels make pulling it easy, very light weight, but has a lot of room in the general suitcase space. The laptop space also has plenty of room for files, while the overall size of bag is small.
Twenty years ago, i bought a similar Samsonite bag. It didn't spin; it only rolled, but i kept it for 18 years. The corners were frayed and worn, but that bag had traveled from coast to coast, been to many airports and hotels. It had been through a crisis in the industry and carried maps, reports and all the other things I needed on the Gulf Coast after Hurricane Katrina. I retired but my daughter needed a bag, so i bought this one. She was absolutely thrilled over this one. I know it will serve her well in the years to come. It's worth every penny spent. Thank you for making a really great product, that can be counted on!!!

I currently have a Samsonite spinner and the zipper finally gave out. I went to the Samsonite website to order a new one, and there really was only 2-3 to choose from. This was the only one that was a spinner. I didn't think twice on the decision because I have always owned this brand. I received this and was instantly disappointed. What did you guys do to the handle? Unless you are using some new, stronger lightweight metal that you cannot see by the eye, then I am wrong. The handle that you grab is the worse part. The thin plastic is cheap and has sharp edges. I am sure my hand will wear that down over time. When you push in the button to lower the handle, I have to push into the base of the handle, which allows my thumb to experience the cheap plastic edges once again. What happened to the thick round button? Ugh. I have to live with this until I have the opportunity to buy another new bag. What you guys did do right was the storage. There is still room for more than one laptop and my tablet. I say all of this not because I have loads of time on my hands, but because I hope Samsonite takes this feedback and increases the quality. I use my luggage everyday and I need good quality. I will come back any buy again if the quality improves. P.S. This is the right size for what I needed, but has too much 'stuff' to it for what I really wanted. I needed a bag that had space for my laptop and a large and a small 3 ring binder, and with all the pockets and everything, it gets too tight (I travel with a number of files and a keyboard and mouse as well.) I'm afraid I'm going to break the zipper. Most disappointing to me tho, is the quality of the handle. When I am wheeling it, it has so much 'give.' It's not tight at all, lending me to believe it probably won't last for long. Either that or the zipper will give out...I'm using it because my last bag lost a wheel, and I had to have something, but if there had been an alternative timing wise, I would have returned it. It just doesn't suit my needs. :(
The product came as described, however i wish the extensions on the handle would be a bit more robust. They are on the THIN side. The over size is quite nice. Compact but efficient. Just took it on it's first trip and the size was very convenient and fit inside the overhead great. And it small enought to hand carry when needed and not feel strained. happy.
