2 times damaged unfortunately

I love this microwave ,but unfortunately I have had to return it twice as both times it has shipped damaged. This isn't fully Samsungs fault because they aren't the courier, but they also don't package it properly to ensure it doesn't get damaged during shipping. I am waiting to receive my 3rd microwave now from them and I do not have high hopes that it also wont get damaged. I asked if there was a way I could purchase and pick up locally, but it can only go through Samsung to get the discounted deal/price match that I paid for the original Microwave I ordered. I bought the whole appliance set from Samsung and bundled too and I do love all the appliances. I hope and pray I finally get a microwave that isn't damaged. Its also really heavy (I have to use a dolly each time) and not easy to return as you have to take it to Fedex Freight only. Also the trim kit that you can get for it does not fit my cabinet space so I didn't purchase the trim kit, but just be aware that this is bigger than a normal microwave so you'll need to make sure you measure if you plan on utilizing it as a built in.*** Now FedEx Freight says they cannot take the package because the return label isn't correct. I have driven to several Fedex and contacted Samsung multiple times today. Not sure the issue but it is a huge inconvenience as this item is heavy and big.
