You can get cheaper microwaves with the same features. The styling suited my kitchen. I only have one gripe, the microwave stops on the defrost function after the first 10% (approx.) of the time has done. This drives me absolutely nuts and is a massive timewaster. Most microwaves just beep 3 times to remind you to flip the content. Does not appear to be a setting to disable this. If I had known this, I absolutely would not have bought this product. Could be a specific defrost function (poultry vs other) but haven't worked it out

I was delivered a defective product. There was a scraping or scratching sound occurring on each revolution of the microwave. I took it back to the store two weeks ago, and I still haven't heard if they are going to fix it or give me a new correctly working one or what. A frustrating experience, when all I want is a working microwave.

An efficient little microwave that does all one wants - possibly too much! On the downside, the function buttons need to be pressed really hard - which is not easy for older arthritic fingers. Plus, even with an interior light, it is almost impossible to oversee food as it cooks. This will mean a few boilovers and burnings in the future. I would probably have rated it 3.5 stars overall. But, still very good value for money.

I wanted to downsize from a 1200W Microwave so I'm still getting used to the reduced power at 1000W. I love the Eco feature on it the most. I haven't tried many of the preset buttons yet. I don't like that the microwave is a bit dark to be able to see your food cooking in it. The buttons are also a bit hard to push sometimes. But overall I am very pleased with my purchase.
Needed to replace a broken microwave and bought this one as it was a decent price. Reviews are correct, the light is very dim when ‘cooking’, due to the door being dark. Can hardly see inside it. And yes, buttons are a little harder to press than normal. Otherwise, a great basic microwave with good capacity and power for the price. It is also great looking and simple to use.
I recently needed to purchase a new microwave. The only problem was that it needed to fit into a trim kit from my previous Microwave (the manufacturer of that model does not make one that size anymore). The Samsung 1000w microwave fit the bill. It fitted as close as I could get it, and we have all found the features to be much better than our previous model. We particularly like the 1 minute button for a fast cook, as well as the quick heat functions for various foods. One down side is that the window is very dark and, even with the interior light, it is virtually impossible to see inside whilst cooking. Also not a great fan of the look of the enamel interior, but it cleans well.
It looks nice, but annoying to use. We used it for basics. There's only two of us, so it's never got a huge workout. Positives- It is easy to clean. Things that bug me--The light inside is dim and you can't see when cooking/heating.
Nice looking stylish microwave. Works well, good size. The control panel functions/numbers are a little bit hard to push but will get used to this. I wish the control panel would light up/be brighter. Not really happy that the light inside is really dim & the door is too dark. You cannot see your food and not able to check if something is going to boil over etc. If the light inside was so much brighter and the door not so dark, it would be so much better. Otherwise I am happy with it, warranty is good compared to other brands and much better looking also compared to other brands and has numbers on the control panel compared to other brands.
Only had for a couple weeks now but here are my thoughts Cons: Front window is plastic so builds static charge which attracts dust Not the biggest microwave ever My unit does not sit flat so there is some wobble. Unit is very back heavy though so only noticeable if you try and make it wobble. Pros: Full sized keypad Does what it's supposed to Relatively cheap
Seems to have good build quality and basically meets my needs for a microwave, but not easy to use. I have under bench space for a microwave, but when looking at buttons, the reflective plastic makes the keypad hard to see. It doesn't help that you have to press the exact centre of button for it to work. There is no tactile feel to buttons either, and I'm relying completely on the little beep sounds for each press. It looks nice, but annoying to use. It's an OK microwave, but it could have been a whole lot better.
