Don’t love anything because you cancelled my order.Dear everyone,Pls pls pls read the Trustpilot reviews of Samsung first.As a company they are attrocious.I bought this microwave paid via debit card, they took my money and on the day of supposed delivery they cancelled my order saying security checks not passed. I’ve paid you in full, what security checks?????The only difference I can see is that today the microwave is £50 more expensive than yesterday. Hmmmmm????

We brought this not even 6 months ago and since day one it has sucked. If you enjoy half of your food molten hot and the other half still frozen, this is the appliance for you. 2 minute noodles take 5 minutes. It's also super noisey and the plate comes off all the time. Cheers samsung 😆
Instructions including online manual were incomprehensible. As soon as I turned the power on an error code appeared and the troubleshooting answers were mostly the same. Power off start again. There is a child lock on the control panel and this wouldn’t move so I have arranged return as obviously faulty control panel. I wasn’t at all impressed with it. Might be the reason it’s in the sale.
